So I asked the manager Jackie who usually is always parked in customer spots or handicap spots because she thinks she's the boss was very rude and ignorant as well. Not only that the older lady in front of me the same person or whatever you want to call it it's a big fat off with the name tag of KY was very rude and ignorant to this older woman who just needed a receipt for her pump and didn't know what to do so I helped her out to her car and showed her afterwards. Absolutely disgusting service and not just that we are up there we spend more money there a month than these people make and never really had issues but now this Ky and Jackie who supposed to be a manager absolute trash. Then when handed over the ID the creature KY didn't even wear gloves and had to look at it twice it's like I don't want your filthy hands touching my stuff absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the food there is overpriced trash the only reason we were going there was for gas for our landscaping vehicles and our kennel business vehicles but no more we're going to American natural or get go they are always better food better people and don't harass the customers that spend more money there than they make.

When I received the bill I was informed that I pay Tag Towing from their location to mine and from mine to the destination and from the destination back to Tag Towing. Additionally there is a $15 credit card fee. The bill ended up being $320. The dispatcher should have told me the fee structure when I called. Not good at all!

This man is a SAINT sent from the heavens above to help buffoons like me…read more I hit a pothole on Liberty Ave at ~6pm on a Wednesday and blew out my tire immediately. As I tried to get the spare tire on, the car rolled off the jack and slammed on the ground (yikes)! I was in a rush and needed help fast because I couldn't get the jack back under the car. So I called Tom, who happened to be the first Google result for a tow. He was literally just down the road and got to me within less than 10 minutes of calling. He knew exactly what to do. He used his MUCH BETTER jack to get my car up and put the spare tire on in maybe 1-2 minutes. I was back on the road and was still EARLY to my appointment. He saved me a world of headache and I could not be more appreciative. I'm keeping his card in my glove box and calling him if anything ever happens again!
