When I dropped off my car, the attendant quoted me a significantly higher price than what Penn Hills had quoted for the same job. I informed the attendant, and he said discuss it with Dale. I left my car to get the lower control arm installed to complete the inspection that Penn Hills refused to do with my parts. Later, I received a call from the sales team stating that I was missing bushings and they couldn't complete the job. I agreed to pick up my car. Upon retrieving it, I noticed considerably more suspension noise than before. This seems to be a recurring issue where my car returns in worse condition than when I brought it in. At this point, I decided not to return to complete the job as Dale suggested. Instead, I chose to do the work myself, as I usually would if time permitted. While working on my car, I discovered a hole in the heat shield and scratches on the new rotors I had installed myself, indicating that the damage was not from my installation. This showed me that Midas lacks integrity. A simple acknowledgment like, "My fault, the tool slipped. We'll order you a new heat shield and rotor," would have sufficed. Instead, they reassembled the car as if no damage had occurred. I immediately contacted Dale, sent pictures, and left a message. He said he would get back to me on Tuesday. Until then, here are some pictures and a copy of the note I sent to Dale. I will update you when he replies with a resolution.

When I asked how long until they got it in they said another 30-45 minutes. They were two guys and the manager standing in the store and 2 bays open! They were doing nothing. When I told them I had to go, their reply was "ok, see ya". Give me a break. I've been using this store for over 20 years and never had an issue. This crew was terrible. Drove down the street to the McKnight Road store and got right in ! "See ya Wexford Store !" Won't be back.......

This particular location is in Robinson Township, and it is currently open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. My husband and I shopped in the convenience store to purchase snacks and beverages for a road trip. We found several items to purchase. Their prices were OK. The cashier correctly rang up our purchase. I would prefer that the store offer foods that are healthier. We did not use the gas pumps or the restrooms, and we did not order any made-to-order foods, so I cannot comment on their quality. The store contained some tables and chairs where customers could sit and eat. Tip: If you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can use your rewards to receive discounts on gas here.

We went to another dealership and were treated with respect and kindness and our trade was welcomed. We ended up buying not one not two but three bikes from the other dealership. Later to find out the owner (Bill Mcmahon) told my father in law how disappointed he was in my husband for going to another dealership as we had been doing business with them for decades. Ha!! We are disappointed in you, Bill!! But we will NEVER go back to this awful dealership and will ALWAYS go to New Castle HD. Bye bye, Mcmahon's.

Nothing against RNR but I Bought Kenda tires because they were the only ones available to fit new…read morewheels. Looked decent, salesman hyped them up. Huge mistake. After only 10,000 miles of normal driving (no abuse, 4WD vehicle), the tires are about 75% worn and the sidewalls are cracked wide open--completely unsafe. For comparison, my Goodyears have over 50,000 miles and still have tread. These are hands down the worst tires I've ever owned. I hope RNR does the right thing, but either way--avoid Kenda. Your life depends on it.

Told me to come over at 1:00, waited just a couple of minutes until they took it in, came out a few mins later with the culprit: a very large screw. Patched it up and had me out of there really fast. Couldn't be more impressed with the staff and the service. Highly recommend this team.
