I was waiting for the opportunity to visit there but was extremely disappointed. I tried to contact…read morethem through their website but it kept coming up ERROR. Since I have already typed this at a waste of my time I will be brief. The location was poorly staffed 1 cashier and 1 person preparing food. Only "1" kiosk to order but 5 people in line. That put pressure on you to hurry making your order. A beverage board was on display but no food board and no paper menus. I could have opened it up on my phone but it was in the car and I shouldn't have to do that. There was a large sign that said order here, but no instructions about when or where to pay. I ordered a gluten free "WHITE PIZZA". Which should have been ricotta cheese mozzarella cheese etc. I received my order got a drink and asked where I should pay. The cashier was at the opposite side of the building. We ate outside and when I opened the box I had a gluten free crust with sauce and cheese not even close to what I ordered. But I didn't bother to go back inside and have it corrected. My sister would have had to eat alone while I waited for my order to be corrected and then I would have had to make her wait while I ate mine. She ordered a turkey club sandwich which she said was awesome with large pieces of turkey not turkey lunch meat but the sign showed that it came with a small bag of Utz chips there was no option to select the bag of chips while ordering so she assumed they came with it. This location is poorly organized, employees are not very informative and we were extremely disappointed. My biggest complaint is no menu's or boards and only "1"kiosk. Most Sheetz have at least 3 and most Speedways have 2 and both are more informative with paying instructions.

Many gas pumps were available, so we did not have to wait in line to use a gas pump. The gas pumps sold the premium gas that we needed. We did not go inside the convenience store, but I know that this location offers Made-to-Order foods such as sandwiches and salads. I also saw a car wash that other customers were using.

It's happened more than once not just to me but other people and when you get off the turnpike in cranberry they're not a lot of places to get food so you figure you call ahead and ask for a full Pizza which it says they do 24 hours a day however they don't and then when you actually go there actually after you get off of the turnpike they're open there's no problems that's just they're too lazy to make food so go to Sheetz or GetGo.
