They have two people who work MTO and one of them Adam, as a manager to be on time and they continually are late with everything I waited 38 minutes for a single Caesar wrap. This is a normal day in the sheets. You'll get an app platter with three different items and most likely only receive two items with one of them being doubled. Considering there is a buffalo wild wings location right next door with $10 boneless wings for about the same amount.. this is definitely a steal. Even with the upcharge on ranch. Just be cautious going in and be aware that if you order from the 'made to order', it will be a wait. And if you plan to purchase anything inside the store, there's always a long line and usually just one poor cashier trying to get through everyone. The cool part about this sheetz is there is a massive beer selection, so if you need to pick up a six pack late at night/ last minute, it's right down the road from the mall. I like the new sheetz it's really big,bright and clean but if you use the exit or entrance with the light you may wait forever it's better to enter and exit at the far end of the store. I like there selection of coffee it's always good but $2.19 for an xxl seems a little high but they make made to order sandwiches all night which is hard to beat. read more

I like the sandwishes. They are made much quicker than the various GetGos. However, the seatings are often closed at even busy hours eventhough this is supposed to be a 24-hour "cafe". I shoppped for gas and sandwishes at three optimal hours and most of the chairs were turned upside down on the tables. They made sore sights and seems unwelcoming to those who like to dine in or need to plug their laptops or charge their cell phones. I just hope this location at Sheetz store #360 would be more customer friendly to those who like to dine in. read more

This is probably the best Sheetz in the Eastern Suburbs. The gas pump layout is spacious and the large number of pumps means that there is almost never a wait for gas. There is a traffic light so it is easy to get in to and out of the location. the MTO makes great food much quicker than many of the other locations. The air pump is easily accessible and not close to pumps or the store (where you may fear getting run over). Make sure you have a Sheetz card to get your three cent discount per gallon on gas! Anyone from the Buffalo area will also enjoy the fact that this location has an M&T Bank ATM. Probably the only one in the area. read more

Am I reviewing a second Sheetz on my trip? Absolutely. We ended up coming here for a quick breakfast and figured we would give Sheetz a try. The breakfast menu is actually pretty big and offers something for everyone. Now the most important thing for me is that they offered a chicken sandwich with egg and bacon which is exactly what I needed to function yesterday morning. I am always stopping at this Sheetz, whether it be to get gas, fill my tires with air, or to order an MTO, this location is always on-point. A few weeks ago when we stopped for food, the order took longer than expected. The employee kindly gave us 2 coupons for our wait (which, to be honest, I didn't even think took that long, compared to most other Sheetz!). This was definitely appreciated. Last time I was there, I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, with some condiments on it. It was prepared so neatly, and easy to eat while driving. I also got a cup of fries with this and they were delicious. However, did Sheetz change the cut of the fries?? They tasted the same, but appeared a lot more "shoe-stringy" than they used to be. The ladies at this Sheetz are always pleasant and helpful, and I even got my fries for free last night because of my Sheetz card (which I wouldn't have known otherwise, if she had not informed me). I would pick this location 10 times over, compared to any others I have been to. Truly a wonderful experience each time...........the only way it could be better (personally), is if there was a drive through!! Would be great to not have to get out, esp. in the cold weather.
