A very solid Taco Bell…read more.. Lately, I haven't had any luck with Taco Bells in my area. So when my theme park companion wanted to stop at Taco Bell for dinner before heading home, I was very hesitant. But stop we did and the experience was surprising as it was refreshing. You can either order from a kiosk or to an actual person - we chose to order to the worker behind the counter. It was a pleasant experience as it was quick and efficient - as it should be. The food came out as you would expect, as well. It was made well, tasted as good as you would expect from a big box fast food joint, and the meals were event brought out to us to our table - a super plus. It's nice to know the brand hasn't gone completely kaput, looks like things are well in good for Taco Bell in Western PA...

I'm gonna be honest with you all, I was a bit disappointed with this Taco Bell. See, before a Taco…read moreBell stood on this spot this used to be a KFC/Pizza Hut. When that caught on fire and destroyed the building they went ahead and tore it down. You could get a combination of the two when you ordered. When they rebuilt after that they decided to go the route of Taco Bell/Pizza Hut, great, I could use some breadsticks with my tacos. Well...when I walked in, my disappointment was probably noticeable. When they rebuilt, they made the two establishments separate. I was really hoping to get some breadsticks. I mean, if the Pizza Hut next door had been open I could have done so, but they don't share a dining room, so why would they share operating hours. When I came in I didn't even deal with the counter. I used the touchscreens to place my order. I felt that if I would have ordered at the counter I would have been interrupting the frat party going on between the workers. It was like the workers could not care that there were customers inside. I was not the only person in here and it appeared that the other customers were more annoyed by this. When I got my food it was sloppily made. It felt like the employee that had to call out my name was disgusted that it was Matt. While I was eating, which I guess at this point I could say I didn't finish it all because of how badly it was put together, one employee went around the dining room and started to empty the trash bins. Waving the plastic bags around with no regard to those eating. I'd prefer my food free of germs and who knows exactly what else you might be wafting around the dining room. The least I can say is that my curiosity was put at ease. Knowing I cannot combine my wants between the two restaurants I will probably continue to speed by this place while passing through.

There were three pieces of strawberry on the very top along with maybe 4 cheesecake bites. After the top thin layer everything is vanilla ice cream. For $10 it's a rip off.

Okay, I get it. It's October of 2021 and we are still suffering through COVID-19. Nonetheless, if…read moreprecautions are taken, expectations set by management are followed through, I can't imagine why the indoor seating at an establishment such as this would be closed. It is frankly unacceptable. Now, if even after all those considerations are taken into account you still feel strongly to keep your indoors closed, well then, step up your drive through game. The line stretching around the building and barely moving for a solid 5-7 minutes is unacceptable as well. The only times we moved forward were when two other vehicles left the line. We did the same realizing it really wasn't worth our time to get food from this place with so many others in the area open for indoor traffic. Once I notice their indoor seating is open once more will be the next time I'll consider giving them a try. Until then? Best of luck to them.. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As requested by the Business Manager, I followed the link and left a comment. I look forward to hearing from someone at DQ soon. Thanks.
