I had a unique job for them (concession trailer) and they got me in and out in 10 days. The workmanship was excellent (although Scott kept telling me it wasn't a perfect job-and I would expect no less from a true craftsman). While within the warranty period, 2 of 5 windows started bubbling really bad so I dug up the warranty receipt to claim a warranty repair. I brought the car back and pointed out the windows with bubbles, but also the ones that still had an outstanding tint. Guy started giving me the run around. Something about their billing system being new and they can't find me. He told me I needed more proof on top of the warranty receipt, oh and by the way it would cost extra to remove the bubbling tint, a lot extra...I kindly left and didn't go back.

Had a fender bender with my Bronco. Called 2 ford dealerships to see about getting repaired. Both…read moreof them said it would be around 3 months before I could get it in. I told them I'll try somewhere else and they said all body shops would be a long wait. I called Korte's Collision and they said it would be a week. I dropped it off after the replacement parts came in on a Monday and it was done by Friday. They did an excellent job, can't even tell I wrecked it. It's a family owned business and you can tell they take pride in that. If I had to say one thing negative is they didn't call me when the parts came in. After they were ordered about a week with no word. I called the and they said they were in. Not sure how long I would have waited if I didn't call. Definitely not a deal breaker, for all I know they came in that day and they would have called be that afternoon. If I ever wreck my car again, I will take it here and will recommend it to anyone that needs body repairs.
