I had a unique job for them (concession trailer) and they got me in and out in 10 days. The workmanship was excellent (although Scott kept telling me it wasn't a perfect job-and I would expect no less from a true craftsman). All I know is that he was fast, stuck to his estimate, was a delight to deal with and I am looking forward to doing more business with him in the future. Need a good shop? You won't go wrong here.

While within the warranty period, 2 of 5 windows started bubbling really bad so I dug up the warranty receipt to claim a warranty repair. I brought the car back and pointed out the windows with bubbles, but also the ones that still had an outstanding tint. Guy started giving me the run around. Something about their billing system being new and they can't find me. He told me I needed more proof on top of the warranty receipt, oh and by the way it would cost extra to remove the bubbling tint, a lot extra...I kindly left and didn't go back.

When I had taken my car in for pre-assessment -for a damaged lF fender from MVA; Steve told me then that they would fix a 'keyed' scratch across my side door that was done 3 wks. after I purchased it in 2009..... and they did so at no extra charge. (wasn't part of the MVA damage) It was delivered by Wed. as promised..... and the whole car had been cleaned both outside & inside. Wow- now that' service over & above.; plus the repair work has a lifetime warranty - as long as I own my car. Thankyou Hahn Family of collision workers; painters, and all the staff. My car is as good as new again. Accidents do happen.....sometimes thru no fault of our own..... so it's good to know I have an excellent collision shop almost in my own back-yard. :)

Downriver Body Works was recommended to me, so I decided to have my car fixed there. Doug, the owner, was very friendly and was thorough in explaining to me what needed to be done to my car. His staff was also very helpful with me through the whole process. My wife and I share one car. We didn't have rental coverage with our insurance plan either. Downriver Body Works offers a FREE loaner vehicle for you to use while your car is being repaired. When I went to pick up my car they charged over $1,000 more than their estimate claiming they had trouble reprogramming yett this is a Chevy not a Lamborghini . They said no problem they would take care of it and it would only take a few hours once the parts came in yet they've had this car for 2 days to replace a plastic piece on the front end .
