I ended up needing a new key fob and they switched it out and programmed it with ease. The second issue my remote starter begin to act the same but just needed to be reprogrammed. I only had,to pay $35 both times for a half an hour of investigation since my key fob did odd things. I took a star off because they don't take appointments, everyone is first come first serve. With both services I need I was there close to an hour. The wait didn't deter me and I'll be back with my new car, the customer service is good and prices are lower than others without selling extras.

He told me I needed more proof on top of the warranty receipt, oh and by the way it would cost extra to remove the bubbling tint, a lot extra...I kindly left and didn't go back.
