We arrived within the hour and pulled up to see our car was parked on Fort St, re-ended, police were already there with the driver that hit it writing the report. I walked in, there was a couple guys watching out the big window. No call to us about the accident, no apology. I was upset and asked who was paying for the damages since they put it on the road and wasnt paying a repair if i couldn't drive my car. They said they weren't responsible, it's on the public road and someone had to pay the bill. I left and left the car. My insurance can handle it. This place doesn't put its customers first. Not a word about my car, just them insisting they're not responsible and who's paying the bill.

Fortunately, they let you have it your way, in a sense! I had a small fender bender in January, and all I wanted was my bumper reattached. Instead of paying the higher fees to have new paint/new bumper/new fender, they simply reattached the existing bumper, treated the dent a bit to get the blinker back in place, and had it all done in a couple hours! What's astonishing is allowing me to keep the quote for a week and a half before having the work done, and he kept his word on the pricing even though I realized he could've charged me more! The honesty and integrity that was represented, as well as the quality of work, is why I will recommend this place to any of my local friends and family!!
