Nice folks, although it took them many days more to (claim) that it was fixed. Vacuum failed immediately when I brought it home.

Spoke with helpful person on phone. Had a front load washer they don't serviced. The washer…read moredisplayed error code after trying to wash single Levi Jacket with "hot" water. The person took time to make suggestions on how I could clear the code. I did what she suggested and cleared the code. Excellent help.

I am leaving one star (which I have never done before) because when I bought my washer from EVA…read morewith extended warranty I knew that all I had to do was call, make an appointment and they would send a repair person out like they always had. Simple. But when I called 3 years later, still under warranty, they told me that they had outsourced the extended warranty contracts to a company called "Centricity" in Florida and that it was my responsibility to deal directly with them. Try Googling "Centricity complaints" and you will understand why I consider them to be a scam company from which I was unable to secure service of any kind after two weeks of trying; long/frequent hold times, closing case repeatedly without explanation, language barriers and getting automated product sales pitches with no other options when calling. So I gave up and bought a new wash elsewhere. EVA told me they were aware of the issues I was experiencing but when I asked to be reimbursed for a warranty which ultimately was not available to me they declined. In my opinion that this reflects unethical practices at best and fraud at worst. Buyer beware.

This company is horrible. If I can give "0", I would be happy to do! They never responsed to my…read morevoicemail or phone call. Once, I reached them, and I tried to set up an appointment. However a lady said she does not know their available schedule. DON'T use their service!!! AHS also must control and manage their sub-contractors. I will not renew my AHS!!! Seriously!!!

Poletski's was four days until a repairman could come out; Coastal was three. So... First technician couldn't fix it; had to order a replacement board (electric, electronic stove). A week later, I guess he got behind in his appointments and just canceled ours. Rescheduled for a week later. Could not fix the stove on next visit. Called for another part. Another week of trying to feed the family on a backpacking canister stove. Spent my wait time calling Coastal trying to find out what is going on, when someone can come out to the house, etc. Very pleasant when I call them, but...always reactive, never proactive. Beg to be moved up the schedule as my recycling is filling up with empty fuel canisters. Now, by this point it's taken so long I honestly can't remember whether they came out to the house twice or three times, but it's been a month and the stove still does not work, so I call Frigidaire and say, What can I do to get me a working stove? Now, the Fridigaire tech was quite helpful, and went through their records of the Coastal repairman's calls to Frigidaire's Tech Assist...It seems that the Coastal repairman never called (or waited four or five days to call) Frigidaire with the results of the last repair attempt, and they need that call before they can authorize a replacement stove to be sent. I call Coastal and explain this, and really I am almost in tears at this point. I just want to be able to make a hot dinner, I am so tired of salads and sandwiches! After a day or so of back-and-forth calls, Coastal finally sends out the REAL repairman -- apparently they have been sending out the trained monkey all this time. Wylie, the real deal, looks at the stove for FIVE MINUTES and says, Here's your fix! Done. I know we live in this paradise called Humboldt County and that we have to suffer a bit for it, so maybe it's difficult to find and keep actual appliance repair people. But if you look at the reviews for Coastal, I bet the 5-star reviews are for people who saw the real repairman, and the 1-3 star reviews are for people such as myself who only saw the monkey.
