Over the past six years, Carl and his team have been repairing, cleaning, and maintaining my instrument and I have been nothing but pleased with their work. Their attention to detail and tireless pursuit of perfection is poured into every project they do. A couple of years back, a friend of mine wanted to learn to play cello. Carl's Pro Band offered a great deal on a student rental cello which was easy to set up and perfect for my friend who wanted to try it out before she bought it. Recently, my instrument was stolen from my home. Carl and his team made the purchase of my new instrument very easy and fast, going out of their way to eliminate steps that would have delayed the process to get the horn in my hands as fast as possible. Ultimately, they are all around good people. Straight forward and honest dealing. A wonderful business and the only place to go for your instrument needs.

Sometimes they do work for a while- although a while is less than two weeks. They are very expensive. There is not a very good choice of music for oboe- flute books do work, but they have too high of a scale. In other words, they do not have very good intermediate books. They do have a okay selection of holiday songs in the back for oboe. I did get my oboe from here, and it lasted for a good while. I'm not sure what other people with different instruments would think about Kidder. I think it depends on the instrument you play. So, overall, I find Kidder to be satisfactory but not the best.
