That means, you cannot speak with the person who will be the Master of Ceremonies for one of the most important events in your life. I found Paul Viola through a recommendation from another DJ! Now, that's a great compliment. From the 1st phone call, we knew he was a great fit for us. When we met face to face Paul took the time to explain the whole process and how to select all our own music through his online system - very cool. One of my biggest pet peeves is not being able to understand someone on a microphone. I told Paul I was hard of hearing, and all night long he spoke clearly. I was so impressed that he cared. He listened to the Bride and Groom's heart and really cared about their wishes from the opening of the ceremony to the last dance.
