Now as a mom with a teenage daughter of 13. I won't know if one of these women will lash out on my daughter. As much as me and my daughter loved the dresses and store. The sales staff is pretty friendly here. They are helpful if you need a different size and typically try to get you the best deal. I have been to bigger loft stores, but this location has the best selection. I am addicted to tier clearance section! I love finding cheap clothing that are classic and will actually hold up, and loft is the place to find it. As a teacher I dress up 5 days a week and I refuse to buy pieces that can't do double duty and work for multiple occasions. I have to say that a lot of my favorite pieces are from loft!

I told Kathryn, the dressing room attendant that there was a man inside the dressing room. I asked if it was a unisex changing room. she said no, and turned around and started hanging clothes, did not go in and ask him to leave. I went to the front to report the incident to Brian the manager, he acted confused until another woman came over and asked me if I was telling the manager about the male being in the dressing rooms.(she was clearly upset about the incident as well) And then Brian said " I don't know the mental state of the male in the changing room" I said, "what are you talking about? It doesn't matter his mental state" "How about the mental state of the girls that are in there changing their clothes while a man is on the other side of the door!!" he said "we have cameras. I'll check it out." So whatever that means Management do better

Unfortunately because they offer so many brands you really need to try the items on for sizing. Plus the line to checkout was about 20 people long. So be prepared to wait. The workers are not friendly at all, didn't welcome me, didn't ask if I needed assistance or if I have any questions like most places do. I don't judge a store just based on products but how the workers are. And this location is terrible. They should be taught to be friendly!
