The place looks nice inside. But the prices are way too high. I brought my own ball and shoes my husband had to rent a pair of shoes and we played one game and it was over $20. That's ridiculous. Overpriced! Two adults and two children...we played ONE GAME and our total was $51.96!! Eat before you go because the food was horrible! The wings were salty and half the size of a regular chicken wing. I want you to imagine Cornish hen wings! For 8 of these miniature salty wings was $14.95!! I felt claustrophobic while bowling. The lanes aren't authentic as other bowlero locations. The lane we were assigned to was dry and inconsistent while other people lanes were in mint condition.Food was mid asf and overpriced. The emo looking employee was rascist calling my companions racial slurs such as chinklings, which led up to many of us crying in the restroom. Sadly had high expectations for the presentation. We also begged for another lane and they refused to give us one and proceeded to sit others down on better lanes. If I could leave no stars I would! At the begging waking in we were told it was gonna be $5 and some cents per game and $5 and some cents for shoes. My husband brought his shoes and his own ball, but we left spending $58 on two games and a pitcher of beer!! This is the most expensive place ever and we will definitely NOT be returning!!! At check out we were charged for 4 games because it's one game for each person! It makes no sense and they get you where they can obviously because we were never told these details!! Definitely needs more staff... only one waitress and one bartender with well over 50 people in the lanes. Waitress doesn't even check on the tables half the time (poor girl can't be every where at once I know). Manager was extremely rude when we asked for a refund without using any of our credits cause we didn't need a new card. She told us they do not offer refunds EVER so we were stuck trying to use up the credits on the five games that were not No one to check people out so the line to check in and check out at one point was out the door. Maybe don't fill the lanes if you don't have the staff to make it worth what people are paying to play a game of bowling. read more

Growing up as the son a league bowler I frequented this place back when a lot as a kid, but we moved away. Coming back down here to live, Ive been visiting a few places with my family, and I was blown away with how this place looked, nothing like how it used to be. Some other places around town seemed to be stuck in time capsule. The food was good if not a little steep priced but with the alley sampler it seemed worth it, we were not disappointed. Staff was friendly and came around pretty frequently if not too much. My six year old enjoyed pokemon playing on the wall in the back. Quite pricy, but if you have the money, spend it. This place has so much to do for a bowling alley, it's really pretty cool. I've been twice so far and both times it was really fun. Try to save your money for their games on the side, I haven't actually played them (because I've failed to save my money) but they look really fun. The drinks are great and the environment always seems like everyone else is having just as much fun as you are. Great place for family events, or even a date night. We have four teenagers, so we have had our share of parties at various venues. Our expectations for a "teen's night out" were pretty basic...but what we received instead was VIP/luxury sort of service! The kids were absolutely blown away, and already begging to return! The food, according to 11 teens and myself, was *amazing* (I believe they have hired new kitchen staff and may have changed the menu? Something for everyone!). Kitchen manager Jay Richard's was constantly circling to assure that ours, and other parties, were pleased with the food and presentation. Being that you were filled we were placed on a waiting list for 1 hour and a half for 2 lanes. So I walked to the front and asked Seth, for bowling shoes, he told me since I do not have a lane yet that I cannot get bowling shoes. I pointed out to him that he gave these people standing here who are bowling with me bowling shoes. He said it was an error on his part. So I walked off. During our wait we saw several people who came in after us get lanes. Then I saw 2 lanes that were opened and inquired about them, and Seth stated that they were reserved. After waiting for 2 hours plus, we saw a large group of people who came in after us get lanes. When I inquired about it, Seth stated that they cut down their size to get a lane. Note, he did not say that they was on the waiting list before us. So I walked over to where he scheduled them to bowl and sure enough they were bowling on two lanes. When I walked back, I asked him why are they on two lanes then and he said because as he was scheduling them for their one lane another lane opened up and he gave it to them. When I was speaking with him his manger Kelsey was standing their. She stated that they were on the list before us. I said they couldn't because they walked in after us and she stated maybe they called in. Then I said why were they scheduling then at the frint desk. She stated maybe they were checking to see when they would get a lane. I asked her then why did Seth said that they down sized for one lane instead of saying they were on the list before us? She stated she could not answer that because she was not there. She even stated that we were the LAST GROUP on the waiting list. Now how is that, when countless people walked in after us? All we wanted was to have a great time with our family and it turned our terrible. Kelsey tried after all that to give us a lane that was now opened, but it was too late for us to bowl because you close at 1am and by this time it was minutes to 12am. This was the most horrible experience being that this was our first time in your establishment. If you order a drink here, expect the glass it's served in to be crusted with lip gloss, food grease, and/or other bodily fluids. Probably a good idea to go get yourself tested afterwards, who knows how many people drank (or something) out of that glass before you, without it being washed in between. Don't bother asking for a clean replacement glass, it will be dirty too. I'm not sure if their dishwasher doesn't work because they've been doing "renovations" or they just don't bother washing the glassware, but it isn't safe or sanitary. read more

Visiting from out of state with 2 teens. Very disappointed to find out it was League Night after we had already started bowling. On league night the music is very low to avoid distractions for the bowlers. However, we wanted to listen to music and have a blast. If the website had stated that, we would have chosen a different location. It may seem invalid to some but for us it was major. Thanks to the manager, Margaret and her amazing staff, we stayed and they made our experience as pleasurable as possible considering we could have the music. The waiter was a bit slow in getting to us, but when he did, he took really good care of us. Thanks again, Margaret and staff for making the best of our night. We left and went back at 9:30 and we were told we had to be on a waitlist. The couple in front of us were told a 30 minute wait and and hour had passed and she wasn't able to say how much longer. They were number 2 on the list. We were number 11 and decided to leave for the second time in 1 night. We will not be returning. It was so much more organized as AMF. read more
