Dr. Bourcy is a Navy Veteran who continues to serve through the VA's Community Care program. I received my "blind" referral to him (meaning, I had no previous knowledge of him or his office) around March of 2022. I had a consult first (1April2022). At that point, the office staff handled my referral and getting it updated to include a third area before scheduling my procedure. On the day of said procedure (21June2022), I arrived and the process got going rather quickly and smoothly. I opted to no sedation, so I could drive myself home. Honestly, even without sedation, I would have rather not driven--my pain was kinda mind deafening for the drive home. Dr. Bourcy numbed me up good! Sure the needles hurt a bit for the local, but that's to be expected. All-in-all the procedure for all three teeth (two areas, all right in the front--one upper, two lower) took 2hrs flat. Today (28June2022), I had my one week follow up and everything is going swimmingly well with my healing. **FOLLOW THE POST OP INSTRUCTIONS** Today, my palate stitches were removed and a follow up for one week from today was scheduled to see about removing the graft stitches. (I'm sure they'll come out then.) I finally got to see how my gums are looking today. (See, post op... don't pull at your gums to see them--leave them alone!) ***THEY LOOK AMAZING*** I'm thoroughly impressed with Dr. Bourcy, his assistants (shout out to Ashley, who I think may be a perio intern!), and the admin staff. This office is ran like a well oiled ship (pun somewhat not intended). For anyone not using insurance, the total for my three gum grafts was $3,583. Here's the breakdown: 1st tooth: $1378 (this was my upper, tooth 9) 2nd tooth (tooth 24): $1378 Add'l tooth (adjacent to 2nd tooth, tooth 25): $827 I'm so thankful for Dr. Bourcy and his staff--and his willingness to continue serving his civilian and military communities! I'm in the dental field myself, but unfortunately due to stress I fractured a root and needed to have a tooth removed. I've heard many good things about Dr. Harbertson, and they are all true. But looking at it from a different perspective, beside being a nice person. Right away I noticed his his technique, quickly got me numb and didn't wait long to check the status and get started. He was able to remove all three roots with preserving bone. He place bone augmentation, which is very important if anyone is removing a tooth!! His suture technique was tight and clean. His assistant Donna was made me feel comfortable and had her station clean and prepared for Dr. As much as I never want to lose another tooth! If I did, Dr Harbertson is the dentist I will always come back too! I was really worried and postponed my appointment. I had heard that a deep cleaning and with gum scraping was the worst. My last dentist asked me to leave because I touched his hygienists hand to tell her something hurt. I wasn't aware that was a rule. I was embarrassed and felt horrible. I explained this situation at consult with Dr Bourcey and he said "no problem" Today was day two of my deep cleaning, he did t hurt me and gave me some meds prior to the procedure to calm my nerves. Working with dr. Bourceys office but with tHe other Dr, he is younger but still experienced and very professional and gentle. Had oral surgery, still recovering but like that I was completely numbed and didn't feel a thing. The staff is very nice there also. read more

First off if you value your time I would suggest that you avoid this office. The doctor is nice and does a decent job. However that is where the quality ends. Upon arriving at the office you will never be greeted in a friendly manner. It is almost as if the patients are an annoyance. Out of five visits, four times they have gotten the patients name incorrect. Furthermore, the average wait time is more than 35 minutes when you arrive five minutes early. There is no value placed on the patients time and never once will they apologize for making you wait. In today's world where time and service are important, the people that run this office are stuck in the 70's and 80's, a time where we had to wait long periods in the doctors office just to be seen. GET WITH IT!!! It is 2013. They should be receiving a bill from me for my time spent waiting when they have no regard our time. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. read more

Dr. Bourcy and his professional staff were always helpful and went out of their way make sure my concerns and questions were answered. My Temecula dentist recommended Dr. Bourcy. I had a very bad receding gum on the front tooth. I was very nervous about the surgery and the results. Dr. Bradley Bourcy is an absolute jewel. He is very well versed and knowledgeable in his field of Periodontists. He is extremely caring, professional, patient and most importantly explains everything so beautifully about your procedure. The entire staff is a phenomenal team. Very skilled, attentive, and kind. Don't think twice before seeing Dr. Bourcy for your dental needs because he will take care of you and make everything more than right! Dr. Bourcy was recommended to me by my dentist, Dr. Cutler, to take a look at my gums around my front teeth. I've been self-conscious about my gums for as long as I can remember, as they are low, giving me the appearance of mini, baby-sized teeth, and were at different heights. Dr. Bourcy performed a procedure so my gums are higher and match (can't think of the name of the procedure - kind of like plastic surgery for your gums!). I had multiple follow up appointments to check how I was healing and check for any revisions that needed to be done. He then performed a couple slight revisions to ensure my gums were as close to perfect as possible. Dr. Bourcy is very patient and kind, explaining every phase of the procedure, and wants to make sure I am satisfied with my gums. Dr Bourcy was brilliant with our daughter. He did an excellent skin graft for her receding gums from orthodontics on her bottom front teeth. He explained the procedure to us and she recovered extremely well. The day after the surgery was a Saturday and we called as we were unsure about her bleeding. I can't recommend Dr Bourcy enough! I was referred to him by my orthodontist as I was a "complex case". I really received excellent care and was able to accomplish the desired results thanks to Dr Bourcy and his willingness to work together with my orthodontist over the course of my treatment. I never had any problems with scheduling follow-ups convenient for me as I live an hour or more away from the office.
