The chicken was very tender and it had a nice, sweet-spicy, smokey taste (similar to tobasco). The salad, which tasted like a cross between coleslaw and caesar salad, balanced out the meal though it felt a bit out of place. I think the chicken was cooked and seasoned very well and I found out that the business often participates in festivals around the lower mainland. There was also a sign in front of the cashier stating that they will only take CASH or E-TRANSFER...So be prepared! By the look at more recent reviews, it seems like they're still working out the kinks and the line is still 30-45 minutes. Maybe by this spring they'll figure it out?
