This was a fun experience for me and my niece. They have tons of activities outside of just the trampoline which made for a cool experience. They received 3 stars because they could use tighter or newer trampolines. There wasn't much bounce to these! We paid $12 for each person and then bought the 3 for $10 ride ticket deal. This place is nice but it is too pricey for 90minutes and what I don't understand if you have a child under 3 you still have to pay full price. What offended me was the young lady name Crystal assisting me. Her mood was extremely off and rude. Why have an attitude when you are only pressing things in the system what the customer request and taking the money. Customer service with the money that customers pay should be on point period. I had a 60 minutes free jump. She took the cards from me and I know she saw the 60 minutes even though I paid 90 minutes for my children. But after she realize I couldn't use it then she tells me afterwards I can't use it. My thing is even if it is 60 minutes she could have got her manager to still give me a discount amount anyway. This was our first time at Bounce Bounce since moving to Houston and we had a great time. My four year old son had a blast and really enjoyed it. After an hour and a half he didn't want to leave. It was a little tough to keep track of him in such a large space, with exits everywhere, so I did get a bit nervous having to search for him so often. Overall, I'm sure we will be back again. I booked my son's 3rd birthday party here today and the customer service I received from Brittany was amazing! She was patient, thorough, friendly, answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and even addressed my concerns in an extremely professional manner. My husband even went later in the day to look at the party rooms without me and she personally showed him around. First time going here but facility is awesome they have a lot to do besides just trampolines. They have zip lining, bumper cars, and a couple of other fun things for kids. I did have a little issue with one of the cashiers at the front she was a little rude but I did talk to the manager about her. The manager was very helpful and help handle the situation. I like the fact that they have a yogurt shop connected as well as a concession stand with food like chicken strips french fries and things of that nature. This was a disappointing place for the amount of money you pay for entry. First, didn't know what others said about the socks-thought they were required and that is what I was told by disinterested teenager (who bordered on rude). Second, I paid extra for two of the "amusement rides". There was no one supervising the rides and I had to find someone to start them up. If you are selling tickets to these things, you think you could get someone to stay there so I won't have to chase an employee down. Third, there is a toddler area, but my child wanted to play everywhere and there are a ton of kids who are way older jumping really close to toddlers and babies. Not their fault, but just wanted to warn other parents so you can be prepared to keep a close eye on on smaller ones. Lastly, their prices are insane. Sorry. Ive taken my 1 yr old and my 4 year old here a couple times and enjoyed the play time; however the staff were not consistent with providing me accurate information such as if socks were required, if I had to pay for my non walking baby, and if I had to pay for myself while I was watching the kiddos. They all gave me different information so I decided to do what i thought was best. The kids enjoyed themselves. I recently had my now 5 year old sons birthday party there and again, information was inconsistent. One staff member told me I could bring outside food within the shopping center in addition to the pizza they provide in the party package because the shopping center is owned by same as Bounce Bounce. After I placed food orders, Bounce Bounce staff called to confirm party and listed all of these new rules that conflicted with what the first staff member told me, so I had to cancel my food orders. When I arrived to set up party only 20 min prior to party time (20 participating guest and their parents) the room assigned was large enough for maybe 12-16 small kids (2 picnic tables without any standing room) which was too small for my party and the room assigned was filthy from the party scheduled prior to me. The party host moved me to larger room despite the other staff saying I needed to wait for the room to be cleaned. The "unlimited drinks" were not unlimited. Everyone was thirsty. The place was out of socks so people jumped in their own socks or barefoot...ugh! The pizza order for party was incorrect and short a pizza, so we had to wait. The chicken tenders and shrimp ordered from the concession stand were served without choice of condiments such as BBQ and cocktail sauce because they didn't have those options. The host did not host the party because she was not capable of handling a large party, and no this wasn't her fault. I blame management for staffing 1 party host just as that was impossible to assume 1 person can keep drinks filled, entertain, serve food, sing happy birthday, deal with issues, check in guest and give them stickers for back. It was bad management. Also the party check in staff was not directive or friendly. They did not look up from the screen when guests came to check in. They kept giving guests wrong party room number and didn't provide information on what guests should do which caused guests to go to room after searching for it, then going back down stairs to sign waiver, then returning upstairs for sticker to go back downstairs to play. Such a mess. When it was time to check out, the manager Sarah asked how was the party, and I provided all details of my issues and she said OK and gave me price to pay without addressing or apologizing for any issues. She asked me 3 times if I wanted to tip, after I continued to say no and that they should take her tip out of the amount I paid since I should have recived some type of discount for such an unorganized party and untrained staff. They wouldn't have gotten any stars from me if possible, but one star because the kids enjoyed jumping there. I would NOT recommend this place for a bday party...ever. I will not even go back to jump because I do not want to support that business any longer. read more

Sloppy service with dirty bathrooms. They won't honor the yelp check in. Who does that.

Upon arriving with my 3 year old and 10 month old in the pouring rain, I paid 28 dollars for myself and 3 year old to jump for an hour. This cost included the mandatory socks they require you to buy. After payment, I was then told jeans were not allowed. I explained that this was my first time, I had met friends here and it was pouring rain. They then offered for me to pay an additional $10 for shorts they sell. I requested they provide the pants to me because it was my first visit and I didn't know about their policies. The manager adamantly refused and completely disregarded the fact that I was soaking wet and had run through the pouring rain to get there with my small children, diaper bag and stroller. Today was my third time to visit Bounce. It was Extremely warm this morning. We go there to get out of the heat . The previous visits were much cooler, not sure if they were having an air conditioning problem? Even the yogurt shop was hot. The trampoline police were way too serious about their job today. My son was told he couldn't wear his cap, my grandson was told to keep his phone off and in his pocket, he was also kicked out of the toddler zone for playing with his nephew. Evidentially only a parent can play with a toddler. Several people giving new rules we have not experienced in the past. They must have been bored today, but it made our visit more frustrating than enjoyable. I have other trampoline parks closer to my home, but I travel 30 minutes because we really enjoyed the cleanliness of this facility and the toddler zone. I hope they get the ac working and the trampoline police to lighten up a bit. We are definitely not a rowdy crowd! Hopefully next time we will have a better experience. read more

I would recommend any parent to avoid this place at all costs. We recently moved into Cypress and took our 2 year old and 7 month old. Once we logged in, we bought a ticket and clearly told the kiosk lady that we here with our two year old and I (dad) would be accompanying her around whilst my wife sat it out and looked after our 7 month old. We used a similar trampoline park in the heights so we had our own socks. So we knew (so we thought) the rules. We were in for 5 minutes as I accompanied our girl around the trampolines an Asian security guard came over and said I needed to get out of the area as I didn't have a ticket. I explained to him they didn't give me one and his response was that I'm not allowed in the area. I told him to look around there are parents everywhere. His response "GET OUT" he really shouted that at me. So we took our daughter complained to the manager or supervisor and asked for a refund and told her nobody should be talked to like that. It's a customer service environment! She hesitated in giving me a refund (by this time we were in 7 minutes). She eventually gave us a refund. Our daughter was devastated and crying as her fun was spoilt. We then went to urban trampolines on 290 and had a great time. They can have our money from now on! Awesome place, especially if you are ages 5-12. Very creative activities for that age group. That said, I would mirror what the other first review said about ages under 5. There is a space for them with a large ball pit and an obstacle course. You must stay there during the weekends for safety. I have a special needs son who kept getting stuck in the ball pit. So, why 5 stars? The manager was awesome! I asked him about a place for my son to run around (it is good therapy for him) and he set aside a spot (one of the dodgeball courts). I took my kids to this establishment and thought it would be nice if me and my husband jumped with our kids. So needless to say we spent over $50 for all of us to jump. Btw adults pay the full price to jump even with kids jumping and adults do not have full access to everything. Place is pretty big and has a lot of different actives. I like how the yogurt place is right next door without you having to leave out the front door. The only down fall is that they should at lease tell you that any kids under 5 will have to play in the kids zone. My daughter felt left out while her cousin played on the big kids zone. Also the workers in the kid zone need to tell the parents before hand that they shouldnt be throwing balls around. I got hit in the face a couple times trying to help my daughter around. Went with some friends. On the way home my 8yo son commented on how dirty things were. He said it was gross mom. He listed off several things he saw or felt including dirty socks & plain dirt in the balls & foam squares. (Typically a little dirt doesn't bother this kid, but it did here which says something.) He has no interest in going back. Also, the workers obviously had no interest in being there either. They look & acted like bored (sometimes annoyed) babysitters. I went there for a birthday party and why at the front waiting to enter the play area there was a baby screaming in stroller. No one know who the baby belong to the baby was left for several minutes by itself. Come to find out it the baby belonged to the a man and women who worked/ owned the plays. The man went as far as going to the bathroom and leaving the baby by itself as a screamed remind you and when I looked at him when he walked up to the stroller and started talking to the child the looked at me and smiled and walked behind the counter. I have 4 children, from ages 16, 8, 5 and 1.5. The 3 older ones have fun at Bounce Bounce but its really not safe for any of them. I took them in for the 3rd time today, and its pretty pricey so they go as a privilege. I went to the bathroom to change my 1.5 year old daughters diaper and the bathroom was totally unacceptable. For the price you pay, you expect to have a comfortable clean restroom to use and change your baby if you need to. It smelled horrible as soon as you walked in, a few stalls were closed and out of order, trashcans overflowing with trash, no toilet paper in working stalls, urine on floor and toilet seats, baby changer looked unsanitary and like it had not been cleaned in months, i took about 10 baby wipes and wipes the dingy thing down, no paper towels to dry hands, water all over floor and sinks. No maintenance whatsoever. I immediately asked to speaked to manager who is named Jay and let him know that that is unacceptable and unsanitary. I asked for a refund for my visit and he said ok I will refund your money do you have your receipt, and when i gave it to him, he saw the amount we had spent there, of course everytime a family of 6 goes out, it adds up... but refused to refund once he saw what we spent. You cannot say your going to do something, then go back on your word and keep that customer. Ill take my family of 6 somewhere else where they have a restroom that doesnt smell rotting diapers, urine and trash. read more

I would say they discriminate against disabilities. My daughter has a bad leg and she was in crutches and she had to hop the stairs to get to the party. They have no elevator or ramps to get to the second floor. It discriminates against those who aren't able or capable in taking the stairs.
