I prefer medium rare because anything past that is a crime, but I will almost always order a steak rare knowing it will be cooked past that and more on the medium rare side. That said, my steak was perfect. You want medium? Tell them medium rare. Medium well? Medium. Well done? Go to a shoe store and get yourself a leather shoe and get some help. Now, the server. The flavors, the setting, the kindness-all exceptional. I didn't know my taste buds could be so astounded! We felt welcomed, relaxed, and truly cared for.
