Nachos with added chicken
Lauren H.

For airport nachos, not bad! I wasn't expecting much, but it hit the spot! The cheese was very fake tasting but sometimes you need that. I added chicken for extra protein as I hadn't eaten all day. I ate most of it! The server was fast and nice!

I picked out the red beans cause I was so hungry.

Service prompt at the bar, little eye contact. I ordered the bowl of red chili. Just really unappealing, warmish. Boulder beer Mojo good but not cold enough. I'm glad I packed a lunch!

Wow! This is a tap house that doesn't have beers on tap. I had to confirm with another bartender that I wasn't being punked when I asked for a beer on tap. What a shame and false advertising. The bartender referred me to Tivoli tap house (just outside the large American flag) . Go there instead. Tivoli tap house actually has beer on tap.

Good food, good service, good prices. Best in Denver Airport hands done. Located in the baggage terminal

Grilled cheese with pulled pork

It is tight quarters especially when folks bring their luggage in. Seating is at a premium so you have to prowl for the next available table and swoop in. Not necessarily worth getting out of security for a pint at Boulder Beer and Tap House but consider if you're already outside. They have their own beers on tap and you can order a sampler from "Colorado's first craft brewery." Pretty decent brews and I enjoyed my blood orange IPA. Service is spotty but friendly when you get it. Now the menu is actually decent sized when you consider the kitchen is pretty much a guy in a corner with a hotplate and griddle. I enjoyed my grilled cheese with added pulled pork. Generous helpings of rich cheddar cheese with tender pulled pork. The secret ingredient is a sweet marmalade that cuts through the richness. Sweet and savory - very satisfying.

We ordered Macaroni and cheese for $11! I saw other customers walk in free me and my nephew nd they got their orders before us! I walked up to the cook and she walked way from me when I was trying to ask her about my order. She got mad and told me to fuck off!

What's a bit of a drive when you're driving to delicious shepherd's pie?…read more I thought you'd agree - totally worth it! Their scotch eggs are banging too. In fact, we didn't eat anything that wasn't well seasoned, cooked to order and authentically British. Not an easy find, if you ask me. We sat at their bar, chatted with the bartender - who was really friendly and checked on us often. The place was packed, but we got in quickly and you'd never know they were popping. Their cocktails were amazing and after some chit chat about what I liked and didn't, the suggestions were fabulous. Loved the British decor as well. Such a fun place. It was a lovely evening and we hated to leave, but we'll def be back!

The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere but that's not a bad thing. Lots of parking and outdoor space to wait for a table or pull up a chair. The service is a little stiff and slow but what can you expect from a pub style restaurant. It can get pretty busy inside especially around holidays so definitely make a reservation if you plan on having a big party or don't want to sit at the bar. As far as English/Irish food goes this the only serious contender in the area, i haven't found another UK restaurant that quite mimics the pub atmosphere as well as this one. Check it out for some stick to your ribs goodness!

The two guys working the bar, Josh and Jake, are super friendly and made us feel like they've known us forever. That was awesome. Such a great neighborhood bar vibe. There's a great selection at the bar. I tried the seasonal porter and went so far to have another when I finished the first one. Josh and I talked about porter beers for a bit. The food selection is great and the food itself was awesome. No complaints. Great sized portions, the Cubano Sandwich exceeded my expectations, and we had the stuffed tater tots (tater kegs?) as an appetizer. Again, outstanding. As mentioned, even though it was our first time there we were made to feel like some of the regulars through conversation and the like. The crowd is eclectic. And, having lived in Chicago for a while, it was fun to do a shot of Malört with the bartenders and some of the other folks sitting at the bar. Go here. One of the best experiences I've had in this type of establishment in years.

We kicked things off with the Tater Kegs basically five mega tots stuffed with bacon, chive, and cheddar. They were insanely good. I could've easily taken down another order, but I knew what was coming next... the wings. These bad boys are smoked for 12 hours, then fried up and dunked in house made sauces that taste like they've been perfected over time. We went with Kicking Bourbon (sweet with a little heat) and Alabama White Sauce (creamy, tangy perfection). The blue cheese and ranch are homemade...you can actually taste the difference and the fries? Crispy, golden, and gone way too fast. To wash it down, I grabbed a local Kölsch on tap; icy cold, light, and spot-on with the wings. And the vibe? Perfect mix of chill and fun. The bartenders were super friendly, the music hit right, and the whole place just had that "local favorite" energy. Honestly, Wild Corgi Pub is one of those spots that doesn't try too hard it just nails it. Good food, good people, good beer. That's all you need. I'll definitely hit this spot again when we return for another weekend getaway!

Any time I go to Denver for a conference, I try to make it out here. I went in the middle of the day for lunch and there were a couple tables and people at the bar, but not crazy busy. Staff is informative and friendly. We got the: 1) Chips and Curry: -It's house made fries and curry sauce. -I'm used to Japanese curry, so I'm always a little bit taken aback when the curry has a bit of sweetness to it, but delicious either way. Slightly sweet and savory curry with lots of layered spices to it. Went deliciously with the chips. 2) English Breakfast: -Comes with 2 eggs (your choice for the style), rashers (thick cured pork), bangers (sausage), baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast, and we added some black pudding for $2. -Always get English breakfast when you get a chance to. Filling and comforting. Great diversity of textures and savory, salty, and umami flavors. Gotta get the black pudding too. 3) Scotch Egg: -Comes with spicy mustard. -I LOVE scotch eggs. I'm a low key hardboiled egg enjoyer, so the addition of the sausage layer around with the deep fried breadcrumbs and dipped in mustard? Divine. I will always order this when I see it and this was good! 4) Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich: -You get a choice of fries or tots. We got the tots. -It's made with bacon, Swiss cheese, tomato, and onion. -It's alike a nice twist and upgrade to a grilled cheese sandwich. Sweetness from honey mustard, saltiness and crispiness from the bacon, juicy tomatoes. Good stuff. Make sure to use the mustard and HP sauce. Good stuff!
