This is a great place for a high tea! My friends and I love this place. My friend decided that this would be a wonderful place to have a Galantine celebration of our friendship on Valentine's Day. Everyone gets their own tea in these beautiful tea pots with lovely tea cups. After you get your tea they bring out a tower of tea sandwiches, baked goods and sweets. The service is wonderful and afterwards you can purchase some yummy chocolates at the counter. Highly recommend this place. If you want high tea make reservations ahead of time.

One of my favorite sweet spots. Very unique variety of desserts. This time around I got the banana cream puff, part of the Reno Food and drink week event. It was very good. It was very moist and the banana Carmel center was the perfect touch, very tasty and not super sweet. The flavor of banana was done right not overpowering. Yiu could taste each flavor in the Cream puff and they complimented each other wonderfully. Great job, thank you.

I got to attend a high tea service for one of my friend's birthdays. It was such a precious time! Their little treats are so delicious and I loved the bottomless tea options. The price was $49 per person, which was a little steep, but I am happy my friend enjoyed her birthday. It was definitely a cute experience that we'll all remember.

We had THE BEST time here for my birthday. Three girlfriends and I went there on a Saturday after we reserved a spot for High Tea at 130pm. A small, intimate setting of about 7 tables. We opted to do the 'Classic Tea' and chose the 'Sweater Weather' tea for our first pot. The details of the place! So magical. From the individualized tea sets, pots, and music. We also tried the 'Dream Boat' and a Strawberry Cocoa Pu'er. The sandwiches for the month were a cauliflower curry type deal, Arugala and roast beef, smoked salmon and a crostini with spinach and melted cheese. All of them were amazing. We were served pumpkin scones with jelly and coddled cream. And for dessert, mini cheesecakes, pies chocolate covered strawberries and a sample of one of their chocolate bonbons. They have alcohol available and a specialty cocktail each month. I had so much fun. I foresee going here again in the future !

The beginning of our High Tea started with a large variety of teas accompanied by cream, sugar and loved ones. Next we received a large assortment of tasty hors d'oeuvres including finger sandwiches, savory and sweet pastries, homemade spiced orange jam, a homemade clotted cream, as well as delectable homemade sweets to top it all off. The room was buzzing with great conversation, happy faces and satisfied stomachs. Truly a great place to enjoy coffee, tea, bon-bons and the company of friends & family.

After our lunch we were walking to our car and noticed this place. We thought we should give it a shot and I'm so glad we did!!!!! It was so cool to see all the fun creations and even better to taste them! If you want a delicious dessert stop by! Friendly and clean atmosphere!

Wow! A friend took me here for high tea and what a treat! Sandwiches, scones, chocolates, desserts, tea and bubbly! Had a lovely time, everything was charming and delicious! Our server was so attentive and sweet; the tea service was beautiful and the lovely assortment of teapots and china was so nice! Bonus: a 6 pk of chocolates purchased to take home - I have found my new favorite gift and taking some to share when I travel - a piece of NV that everybody can appreciate!!!

We came here for the first time. Cute place with lots of chocolates too. There were 6 tables set up for our seating time. Plenty of tea options too. The food was good. However, our scones were a bit burnt on the bottom, the mini quiche was cold, and mini cake was dry. Otherwise the other items were fine. There was just one server. There were other staff, but they were probably putting the food towers together and/or other items. One staff was initially helping with getting the tea orders together. So it did take a while to get our tea refilled. In general it was a nice experience. I'd consider doing this again with other guests.

First time visit to Bouchėe, only tried 2 items, I happened to run across the Blackberry Mojito and just had to try it out. It's very good, tastes like an edible cocktail for sure, but it could be just ever so slightly sweeter for me. But of course everyone's sweet tooth is slightly different. Overall a fun little treat for mint lovers. Also tried the Strawberry Pistachio Mascarpone, thingy? This was ok, not much pistachio flavor in this really, but the strawberry glaze was nice and it was very moist. Overall I may have to come back and try some of the other stuff. I would have tried some of the handmade chocolates, but for their small size, 6 for $16 just seemed like a lot after already going with the 2 small cakes for $10 each. The inside of the place was neat. Being able to pick your own tea pot could be fun, there was a nice display of them.

Came here for the high tea on Easter Sunday. They have a good selection of teas. The sandwiches, scones and all their little treats were good. I hear they change the menu monthly, good to know. I particularly enjoyed their strawberry rhubarb jam and was able to buy a jar to take home with me:) They have chocolate bars and you can also build your own personalized box, we got a small one to go. I wanted so badly to try some of the cakes and ice creams in their display but after the tea service I had no room left so I will be back. They looked stunning! This was a fun and special way to spend with friends and loved ones. We took our time and were there an hour.

One word. Yum! The truffles are delightful pops of flavor. I tried the passionfruit cheesecake gelato and it was rich, creamy and filled with all the tasty swirls and fruit flavor. I also got a gluten free small chocolate raspberry cake that was amazing. The chef really knows how to add flavor into these desserts. I also noticed the fresh fruit flavor in the fruit flavored items that seems to be in so well. It's a small shop in a shopping center, good amount of parking. Seems like the kind of place you want to take your items to go and enjoy at home. This is a good place to get a tasty treat for yourself. It is upscale so notice that the prices will also be that way. Wish that the truffles were larger! They went too quick.

I went to there with my friend, and this place was so gorgeous! We ordered High Tea Service, and they are very rich and delicious. My favorite was the Heavenly Hazelnut and Bourbon Blondie, but honestly they were all amazing. It was the most decadent drink I have ever had. And also, the employee working was so sweet and helpful.

I have been here twice. This review is for their High Tea. It is a pre-fixe menu that changes monthly. It includes 4 unique savories or tea sandwiches, seasonal housemade scones with clotted cream, lemon curd, and jam, 4 assorted housemade desserts, and bottomless tea with cream and sugar. They have the option of adding champagne, mimosas, and wine. Plus they have gluten-free options available for $5.00 more. They try to accommodate those with dietary needs. However, they must be informed beforehand. Reservations are required and are available on most Saturdays and Sundays along with some Fridays. Please check their website for availability. Everyone at the table must participate. The price is $47.00* (per person subject to change between booking and actual reservation). While children may attend there is no special pricing for children. Pricehttps://boucheeconfections.com/high-tea The first time my friend and I were a little disappointed. They had an Asian Theme. While the food was good it did not pair well with tea. It would have paired wonderfully with green tea but neither of us was in the mood for green tea. Many of the bites were very bland and not very flavorful. We overheard several other tables comment on the theme. The finger sandwiches were sauteed shitake and enoki with pickled daikon, veggie spring roll with peanut sauce, Har Gow (shrimp dumpling), and cashew curry chicken salad. The spring roll was good but the curry chicken salad was the bomb. It was the best sandwich or savory. Next, was the Asian Pear and Chinese five spice that paired beautifully with the lemon curd. The last course was the sweets. The chocolate bonbon was much too sweet for my tastes. The Thai Tea pudding cup was as bland as the pandan pound cake. But the chocolate-covered strawberry was the cherry on top. Yum The first time my friend and I were a little disappointed. They had an Asian Theme. While the food was good it did not pair well with tea. It would have paired wonderfully with green tea but neither of us was in the mood for green tea. Many of the bites were very bland and not very flavorful. We overheard several other tables comment on the theme. The second time I came with my wonderful Sister-in-law. We had such a great time. The menu included roasted parsnip and garlic humus, quiche florentine, pesto sundried tomato chicken salad, and mini croque monsieur. The parsnip sandwich was bland and could have used more hummus. The chicken salad was amazing and flavorful. The quiche had such a lovely cheese note to it. But my favorite was by far the mini croque monsieur. The cherry cream scone with clotted cream, lemon curd, and orange marmalade. This was my favorite bite of the afternoon. Clotted cream is so British and needs to be included at every tea. The sweets included a chocolate bonbon, a lovely Gingerbread macron with a flavorful ginger flavor, a blackberry layer cake, and chocolate-covered strawberries. My favorite bite from the sweets was the gingerbread macron. Our favorite tea was the Ginger and Lemon tea and the Love tea. The tea is limitless. I am so very glad we have a high tea place in Reno. It is a wonderful little shop with a great place for friends to come together and enjoy what Swedes call Mys (enjoying the moment and the comfort, coziness, and contentment while spending time with people you love in a warm and welcoming environment. The employees are kind and friendly. The environment is warm and welcoming. I do feel that it is a little pricy. The chocolates in the sweet portion of the high tea are handmade in their shop. Located in the Lakeside Crossing strip mall. The parking is limited and can be hard to get out of.

I hadn't yet had a chance to try their chocolate, and this was an amazing opportunity to not only try a wide variety (mint meltaway, peanut butter cup, espresso bean, chocolate pretzel), but to also make some by hand! Visitors were allowed back into the kitchen, where we washed hands and donned gloves, and were then given a tutorial in how to dip and decorate dark chocolate salted caramels. Mine were not too bad (I'll keep my day job), but they absolutely tasted delicious. All of the chocolates had a very fresh and distinctly non-mass-produced taste. Dorinda's clearly offers high-quality candies, while also coming up with some amazing flavors like the rice crispies and the strawberry balsamic. (I got to taste the actual olive oil used for this, and I will have to pick some up next time I'm in Truckee). The biggest surprise was their cherry cordial. Cherries are my top 2 favorite chocolates, and these are absolutely the best I've had (better than See's, Godiva, etc.). Perfect blend of dark chocolate, tart maraschino cherry, liquid center, and the bit of fondant icing...and noticeably freshly made. Thank you Dorinda's for the opportunity to discover your chocolates and to get a glimpse into the magic behind these delicious candies. TIP: You can also pre-order and pick up your Frost Giant Creamery (small batch, locally sourced, made from scratch) ice cream here.
