I am now currently sitting in a Starbucks getting another drink because I am not drinking the chai that I got due to it not being made correctly. It tastes like hot milk. The butter on the grilled white bread left an old, stale aftertaste that I had to wash down with their drip coffee. The sandwich was also poorly balanced. Instead of slicing the avocado properly, they stuffed what looked like half an avocado into it, leaving me with a bulging sandwich that had more avocado than tuna. Compared to a tuna sandwich from Quiznos or Subway at about half the price, this felt like a rip-off. Unfortunately, we still gave them another chance and ordered a slice of carrot cake. We noticed that several customers who ordered after us received their cake much sooner, even though all the server had to do was slice it from the display.
