A friend had recommended Vida Moulin as a cute boutique to shop at. The first time I went it said…read moreit was open according to yelp, but when I arrived it was closed with a sign in the door. I was a little bummed but went to Whicker Goddess instead and purchased an adorable vintage silk dress. The next time I attempted to go, I purposely chose on a Saturday at 12:00 noon to make sure it would be open. When I entered I was the only one patron. As I opened the door I didn't see any workers or other shoppers and walked further into the. Two workers were talking in the back and made their way out from the back. One said a quiet hello. The other worker didn't acknowledge me or stop talking to the 2nd worker. I casually looked at the clothing racks but didn't see anything I needed but they do have some cute clothes. I did however purchase a plastic vintage green looking oil bottle. It was $39 marked down from $65. When I paid they both did thank me for stopping in. I honestly liked the vibe better at the Whicker Goddess and another boutique several doors down and the shop purveyors at both those locations were so sweet and engaging. But if I go back to the little plaza again I would go into Vida Moulin again, as it is a cute boutique. I liked the decor and home items there more than the clothing choices.

I came into Luv Luxe with questions about potentially reselling several of my authentic designer…read moreitems, including Christian Louboutin, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton pieces, many of which I have kept with their original boxes, dust covers, and receipts. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. The young woman with short hair working on Friday, August 7 was dismissive, uninterested, and came across as extremely condescending when I simply tried to ask questions about their resale process. What bothered me most was the feeling that I was being judged based on how I was dressed or how I looked when I walked through the door. Never judge a book by its cover. In a luxury resale business, every person who walks in should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether they arrive dressed head to toe in designer labels. I wasn't asking for special treatment. I was a potential customer with legitimate high-end merchandise who wanted information about doing business with this store. Instead, I left feeling as though my questions were an inconvenience. Customer service matters, especially in a business built around people trusting you with expensive personal belongings. Based on the way I was treated, I would not feel comfortable consigning or selling my designer collection here, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this business. Did I have to dress up, park my Audi E Tron in front of the store and put on all of my diamonds to get the service or even be acknowledged walking through the door?

Very bad experience…read more I bought a handbag. After weeks, the strap broke because of a defective sewing job We immediately called them. She was annoyed, but said to come back when we could, and they would give us a refund. We recently attempted to return it. man who we believe is the manager immediately went on the offensive He agreed that the bag was made defectively. He would do nothing without a receipt. I asked him to look for our receipt in his records. He admitted that they save all receipts, but said it was too much trouble to try to find it; but expected us to have the receipt. Only a 1 way policy. He also admitted that he was the one that sold us the bag For us, it was a buyer beware shop. As an example, they apparently charge different people different .
