I haven't been to a Boston Market in 6-9 months. Being pregnant gives you many cravings and tonight was for some good rotisserie chicken, sweet potatoes and creamed spinach. Well unfortunately I was told that the cream of spinach hasn't been at this location for months now. I was able to get the scrapings of the sweet potatoes and had to settle for the bland corn. Stopped in for a quick lunch on a Saturday. I've always enjoyed Boston Market but hadn't been to one in a couple of years. Had my heart set on a pot pie because I've had them before and they are good. Unfortunately they did not have any pot pies (said they would be out until Tuesday). My 2nd choice was a chicken BLT sandwich but they were out of sandwiches. I settled on my 3rd choice which was crispy chicken. It wasn't bad but disappointed that they didn't have what I really wanted. The selection of sides wasn't as vast as I remembered in the past. I feel insanely bad for the staff... I ordered the Rotisserie Nuggets. They call me because they don't have the Standard Nuggets, or Coke Zero, or Boston Market Sauce. Who at Boston Market is delivering this stuff to the restaurants? You have the staff stuck with low stock of everything and expect the place to still be good? We used to come here all the time for a great meal. But the place has really gone downhill. They never seem to have anything available and the side items aren't fresh, like the rice I ordered, which tasted like it was sitting there for a while. My son couldn't even finish the Mac and cheese... he used to finish all of it in one sitting. And don't expect any fountain soda, that machine is broken. Tonight I decided to drive-thru order the new Balsamic glaze half chicken with two sides (11.00) . Prices are a little high here nowadays ,but it's a fresh meal versus the faster food chains around the area . They are always on-point with getting my orders here correctly and the speed of my order is not bad at all. The chicken today was so delicious I will definitely order again ,but my mixed veggies fell short they were undercooked and overcooked in a lot of juices. The mashed potatoes are always a fan favorite they never disappoint me. They have a new parmesan chicken I'd love to try next. They sell meatloaf,turkey and even prime rib on certain days/times. Up, Up, and Away ! I was torn on how to address my experience at Boston Market because there were some highs and lows. I'll start with the high point. I had the Chicken Pot Pie for lunch. The crust was flaky and buttery. The pie was filled with moist tender chicken, string beans, peas, carrots, and potatoes all mixed into a velvety smooth veloute sauce. The pie was absolutely delicious. I give the pie 5 stars. I give Boston Market 2 stars for their prices. Their prices keep going up, up, and away. Whenever I had a chance to stop in Boston Market, the prices got higher. The total price for the chicken pot pie was $7.22. I find that to be a little high and the pot pie is one of the cheaper items on the menu. Not sure how they compete with other chain restaurants with their inflated prices. I did enjoy the pot pie but I think this will be my last visit. Before you know it, every item on the menu will be over 10 bucks. No thanks read more

This is my go-to when I don't want to wait or pay for a sit-down meal, but I don't want heavy fast food & greasy burgers. The chicken here is always consistent, juicy, tasty. Yeah, I know i'm talking about the chicken like it's a gourmet $50/plate restaurant, but, in all honesty, I think Boston Market has a recipe for great chicken. Friendly service, hot food and a clean interior. Everything you'd expected from this fast roast restaurant. I had the pot pie for the first time on my most recent visit. I was sort of disappointed that the crust didn't also cover the bottom of the pie. But there was plenty of chichen inside to make it worth the purchase. #BostonMarket its changing its menu again, I went to get my usual rotisserie chicken bowl (chicken breast cubes with mash potatoes, corn and gravy) and when I got home and sat down to have my lunch found a bunch of dark meat mixed with what they called white meat all dried out. Called to speak to the manager and the girl said the menu was changed today, oh well! i did not see that no where on the board, how do you expect me to know that? Spoke then to another manager and he said I can go get a new one with the chicken breast cubes, just I needed to bring my receipt. I went back to the place and saw one of the employees with a drill on hand changing something on the board. I guess i will not be buying more chicken bowls from now on. I have mostly found Boston Market to be very good. Today I found this one to have their issues. Their turkey breast was hot and delicious but corn and mashed potatoes were quite cold. Workers were very courteous and attentive. But the reason for my two stars is definitely for the VERY DIRTY men's room. If the employees have to use THIS very poorly attended to bathroom. Was excited to go here since I haven't been in years. Ordered turkey, Brussels sprouts and creamed spinach. Turkey was quite dry, Brussels sprouts were too hard to eat and the spinach, I don't know. Visit 7/1/16 Wow what a disaster! On the spur of the moment my wife and I decided on Boston Market and we were both tempted by their new breaded chicken. It looked really good. We both took corn for our sides...I got the creamed spinach and her the dill potatoes. Right away our first bite of this chicken is a failure! Its tough, chewy, dry and as an added surprise they don't tell you VERY SPICY! The wife abandons hers right away. Its clearly not made there it must be a heat and ruin product. If you don't like spicy....don't get this! This product in general was GARBAGE! The sides were all cold...no warmth at all. Even the old ace in the hole...the piece of corn bread that would at least be something decent there if the meal sucked, wasn't cooked all the way. Not browned either. This venue needs to understand you need to provide properly cooked food. And if they slammed the utensils on the metal a few hundred more times we were gonna snap. The lemonade was good. read more

For a "Fast food" type place this is one of my favorite ones. Burgers can get old and subs can feel boring. The staff here are always nice, patient and helpful. The foods always pretty darn good and the wait is short. I've never been though the drive thru though so I can't vouch for that. I'd rather see them put my food on the little sectioned plate myself. But ya, not a bad place to go. Better service than the OTHER chicken place across the street. read more

I had forgotten how good it could feel to eat something other than burger & fries when I'm in a hurry. Instead of heading home when I was truly tired & hungry, I turned into the Meriden, CT Boston Market. Wow! Besides getting a meal with vegetables and corn bread, I actually got service. Since I was eating there, a person behind the counter placed my food on a "clean" empty table while I paid. It was nice to have the smile, and helpfulness from all the staff and real utensils that didn't break when I cut into the chicken. And, the chicken was still as tasty & moist as I remembered. (I hadn't been to a Boston Market in over a year.) Pass up the burger places and get some 'real' food. I had forgotten about this delicious, fresh meal. Plus, who can pass up mashed potatoes and gravy. :) read more

Boston Market has always been one of my preferred fast food venues as I feel like it can be somewhat healthier based on your choices. I've been to this location twice before and had ok experiences but something must have happened at this location because it was such a delightful visit today. We were greeted as soon as we stepped up to the counter. The young woman who helped us was patient when we told her we were still considering our options. When we placed our order, she put all the food on the plate neatly and everything was fresh and hot. We even sent her back to put more gravy on and she did so with a smile. The cashier who may have also been the manager was lovely. He asked about our child and we talked about the secrets of getting toddlers to eat veggies. My husband and I both got a half chicken with two sides. I got the mac and cheese and sweet potato. My husband got mac and cheese and stuffing. (Obviously we could/should have made healthier choices but we can't resist.) Everything was spot on. The food was excellent and the stellar customer service really put the experience over the top. The service was OK ; but deff the bes part of coming was the yams. My bf found a huge hair in his mash potatoes and told the waitress nicely and quietly. I watched her take the plate to the back and bring it back the same way she played with it and took the hair off. Didnt even bother to hide it and then to top it off he found a strand of what he thought was from the brush used to put on the bbq on his ribs. Gross . Had not been to Boston Market for at least a couple years & the last time was at this same restaurant. It was all down hill. Like other reviews, most of the meal (meatloaf dinner with stuffing and sweet potatoes) was cold, not even room temperature, the exception being the sweet potatoes, which were steaming & way too hot to eat! Stuffing was also very dry. Stuffing used to be so good that I used it for the holidays. Not now! Tastes like it was straight from the box. Sweet potatoes way too sweet. Long wait in line because ran out of all types of potatoes, mac & cheese & corn. They cut the meatloaf when ordered but, because had to wait for sides, it was also cold by the time I got the meal. Had to choose another side or wait even longer. Only one size fountain drink & it was huge. Why no small??? While staff was polite and appeared to be working hard, one of the real problems seems to be one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, resulting in cold, dry food and very long wait time. Like that they use "real" metal utensils & decent plates. Also, staff did nice job of cleaning tables quickly. Real problem seems to be lack of communication in kitchen/food prep staff & poor management (or lack of management), resulting in cold, dry, and poor quality food. Oh, and cornbread (very cold like just came from freezer) looked like tiny round rocks instead of a mini loaves. Overall, a very disappointing experience and won't be returning. read more

However the last time I was there, I pulled in the drive thru and was told they ran out of white meat chicken *sigh* and bad to wait 30 minutes for it.
