The staff is super nice and always happy to guide to the section you are looking for. They are also helpful if you are returning an item or exchanging and I love their commitment to sustainability in the community as well. I always see people down in the bike/repair area so that seems to be a super convenient option to have for a the cyclists in Boston. First, that ginormous torso with the Patriots t-shirt is just plain cool, but it gets better. I honestly felt like I was in Lululemon or Kit & Ace, where staff really engage you. I walked in there originally looking for sweatpants, but staff were so engaging that I walked out with 4 different types, and to this day, love every one of them. I'm hoping this isn't just new store enthusiasm, and really want to enjoy coming back in the future. There is nothing I hate worse than sneaker resellers! These bot-using parasites infect sneaker drops and leave shoe-loving sneakerheads frustrated and stinging with losses on release day. This is listed as a consignment shop ... but everything is brand new. The Yeezys in the window, the Jordan I in the display cases and the clothing scattered throughout. All new, all allocated and hard to find ... all about 400% above retail prices. My question is ... why would I shop here if I could find the same (or lower) price at StockX ... at least be guaranteed that the shoes I buy on GOAT are genuine (fakes are getting much harder to detect) ... and this place, like websites, does not allow you to try on the shoes before you buy them? Overall, this store just doesn't make sense to me. Especially in Burlington Mall. I hate the concept of glorifying resellers ... and in LA, the high end sneaker shops at least wrap their shoes in shrink wrap to protect them.
