We wanted to keep our double sink vanity/cabinet and the big mirrors, but refreshed them with a good paint job. We love how it looks and works!! Arik and his team are very professional, competent and were a true pleasure to have in our house every day. They arrived on time, were always polite, answered all of our questions, made sure our sleeping area in the bedroom was protected from all the construction dust, cleaned up each evening before they left. Arik told us the job would take 2 to 2.5 weeks and it took exactly 2! The only thing left is the glass doors for the shower. Arik brings in the glass guy Rene who measures, discusses what we want, and then orders it for us. When the glass doors are ready to be installed, Arik will come back with Rene to oversee the installation. Arik's price was quite reasonable for the job, and he stuck with it!! There weren't any real unexpected challenges, but he did a few things extra to make sure the job was done right and did not charge any more than his original quote. I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona.
