I like the ease of booking and have had several cars detailed here but the last experience was subpar. Inside parts are still dirty as are the door handles on the outside. They did not attempt to get scuffs out which I saw in other posts they have done in the past. Maybe this is just me, but this is the 2nd time I have had the separator for my cup holders not put back. Since this happened before I knew to check and then ask for it. For the price I am not sure I would try again. I would rather pay a little more and have good attention to detail. In a pinch though this is ok. read more

I won't post before and after pics because honestly it is *shameful* how dirty my car was. Between the dog and all the crap and sand and whatever, it was a crisis when I was going to have to drive a friend of mine on a road trip. So I found this place and saw the great reviews, and that they let you reserve online! So many places don't do that! Anyway, the car was super dirty but I had told them to take their time. I went to a movie, had lunch, and came back to basically a new car. I seriously wondered if they had just got me a new car and switched the plates. Okay, not seriously, but kind of. He did charge me an extra $10, and was apologetic about it, but I was like, "That is *more* than fair!" So don't hesitate. They'll do a great job. read more

I don't get my car detailed frequently (nor do I often bother to leave yelp reviews), but after the last couple years of camping trips and many years of standard wear and tear, my car was developing a funk. I booked an interior detail online and dropped it off Saturday morning. I picked it up and was blown away! The carpets had been so well cleaned, they looked new (despite the years of coffee stains and muddy boots!) and the car had that clean smell, but did NOT stink like artificial air freshener or overpowering cleaning products the way I had feared. The gentleman that runs the business was the type of person I would trust with any vehicle. He seems to take honest pride in his work, his fees are reasonable, and I'd love to see him succeed. Great experience at this vendor. Loved that I was able to book my appointment online when I was able to, their schedule popped up and I was able to just pick a day and time within a week. I got a confirmation email and a text reminder which we're also helpful. Their rates were clear in the website as well as the length of time the detail would take. When I arrived I was greeted, they took a quick look at my car to make sure they could do the job in that amount of time and then took my keys and off I went. I returned to a car that was sparkling in and out! It looked better than the day I bought it. Can't recommend these guys enough. I'll definitely use them again! read more

Boston auto spa did a fabulous job! I called them and they scheduled me the next day. After calling around I found their price is the best around and after my first time there I learned you get great quality cleaning for the lower price! When I got dropped off I had to move a few heavy things from my father's car to my car and the gentleman working there helped without me asking. My father and I both appreciate it very much!!! My 10 year old Honda looks brand new! Every little space is perfectly cleaned. I had a ton of random pine needles and dirt from shoes and toddler snacks here and there, but now it's spotless. I did not even MENTION the mark on the inside roof of the car that would catch my eye and make feel annoyed (how did THAT get there?), but, much to my delight, it was gone when I drove away. My wife's car, black ford explorer, had gotten paint speckles along the front left bumper and side left corner panel. Brought it to them on a recommendation, I am so happy I did. They examined the car, told me that they would be able to remove it. When I went they were really busy. So I thought that they would do a decent job, plus it had been raining for two days. But when I got the car back. It looked fantastic. Also there was some water inside of the car due to the sunroof. They were able to remove the water, dry and shampoo the carpet. Brought my wife with me to get the car and it look brand new. Any noticeable nicks they had buffed out. She was essatic. My attitude happy wife, happy life. I would highly recommend them. Really great price. The most reasonable in the area. I got the interior cleaning on my Honda CR-V and they did a great job. I have two kids under 7 and we never even vacuumed the car for the last 5 years and they cleaned every nook and cranny. The owner is really easy to talk to and to ask questions. Absolutely Amazing!! First, let me say i have never written a review on Yelp so you know Boston Auto Spa really amazed me with their work! I've had my car for 5 years now & never got a detail so you could imagine the stains I had, from food, juice, makeup, water stains from the rain if you could think of anything else I'm sure I had it. BOSTON AUTO SPA did exactly what they said they would do. My car literally looks like i just bought it at the dealer 5 years ago. I don't even want anyone sitting in my car anymore lol. First time we'd had the car detailed. We have two young kids and a yellow lab. The car was a disaster. Dirty tan leather seats. Salt and dirt all over all the carpets.
