Omar filled in the details of the job to get us the right crew, and got us scheduled for the very next morning. Lorenzo and his team showed up early, communicated clearly, and holy wow did they work fast. In less than 90 minutes they moved what took our team 6 hours to do. They were done in less than an hour and even helped me place rugs and furniture (would have been difficult on my own). They were flexible and on time. I actually had to change their start time due to a work call and they were able to accommodate. Extremely friendly and efficient. They treated all of my belonging a with care and respect. Ken and his helper were late but that was okay since it was early and I was his 1st move. They did not shrink wrap all of furniture so when his helper Mike stacked a short bookshelf and my nightstand on their dolly and it fell, the nightstand was damaged to where one of the drawers is not operable, will not open. He promised multiple times he would take care of the damaged item. That was 12/14/24 and it is now 3/6/25. Now he is not communicating with me, did not respond to my calls, stop responding to my text messages. I did not want to provide a bad review so I waited and waited and waited. Now I'm just mad and disappointed. If I had read his company reviews and BBB complaints before I scheduled my move with Ken, I would have spent my money, including the tip I gave, else where. Beau, the owner, visited us and gave an estimate that was very competitive. Throughout the move process they had very good communication. Before the move, we packed up most of the things ourselves, but Phoenix offered to have some of their office staff pack up the fragile items like dishes and art work on an hourly rate. This really helped! On the day of the move, they were on time and they brought in 10 people to pack the van and get us on our way quickly. When they moved us, they did not consolidate and transfer our things to another van, our things stayed in the same van until it reached its final destination. When they unpacked, they were very professional and efficient. To summarize, we had a great experience moving with Phoenix Express and I would highly recommend them for anyone to move with!

I used these guys in March to move from a second story 1 bd apt to a 4th floor 1 bd apt a little over 30 miles apart. Because of the stairs and distance I was quoted about $200 for 3 hours. Two young men arrived on time and hustled. It ended up going over the three hours but not by much and I didn't feel like it was due to any slacking on their part. All in all with tip and the increase in cost I spent less than $300 and very grateful that this was not a terrible experience for me.

On 02/22/2019 Movers from Anytime moving called me at 12 that they would be 2 hours late for the 1p appointment that we confirmed the day before. At 2:20p i was then notified that they would not be onsite until 3:45p. Then at 3:00p I was told that they could not make it and would need to reschedule. I was then called back at 3:30 stating they could make it at 4:30p due to a cousin being able to assist. The move started at my apt at 4:30p. I was moving from the 2nd floor to the third about 10 mins away. At 7:20p they finished and it was found that my, previously working before move, 55" curved Samsung TV had been damaged causing part of the screen not to work correctly. After notifying Anytime Moving of this damage. I was told that electronics are not covered under their Insurance and that they there was nothing that they could do about the damage. My personal thoughts I will say Victor and his cousin worked hard. Unfortunately my TV was broken during the process. They have low prices, but its because they don't take all the necessary precautions that a more reputable moving business has like insurance. I would not recommend Anytime moving because they don't offer insurance. So if something happens to your stuff during the move. They wipe their hands clean and say I don't know what to tell you. Some advice to Anytime Moving " Be more transparent; Let people know what services you offer / don't offer. At least give people the information so that when something like this happens you at least know that you have done everything you can to help / please your customer. That being said if you are tight on cash and you have to move this is your neighborhood shade tree movers. They got a truck and trailer and trying to make money no matter what damage is done to your stuff.

Unfortunately, my TV was damaged during the move (unclear if it was from the POD, but I doubt that since the TV was against the king size mattress). One of the movers later stated that he had noticed damage to the TV box when he unloaded the tv from POD but did not bring it to my attention at the time, which was very disappointing. However, the owner Joey, took the situation seriously and handled it with genuine empathy and accountability. I was extremely frustrated from the move (it's really a lot to handle) and Joey was kind and patient as he listed to me explain what happened. He suspended the team member involved, made it clear that he wanted to put the customer first, and worked with me to make things right. After I provided the original receipt for my TV, he sent me a check for its full original purchase price and did not waste time to go through insurance. I didn't buy additional insurance, so at most if Joey had went through insurance, I would have received $40/$50 back for my tv at $0.60/lb. He said he wanted to make sure we reached an agreement that felt fair. I truly appreciate Joey's customer first mindset. Although the damage was frustrating, I greatly appreciated how Joey responded. He's been in business for 25 years and stated that accidents happen and what he cares for the most is customer satisfaction. His integrity, compassion, and willingness to stand behind his company ultimately left me with a positive impression. No time was wasted, they had to climb to the third floor and did it as fast as humanly possible. The price is competitive amongst other movers I reached out too.
