I was looking to buy, and there was an entire wall of earbuds/headphones that didn't have any prices. But because no one would help me I walked out buying nothing. Oh well. Blown away by the customer service. I had an issue with my headphones. Matt, the manager was brought over and as he looked into what had happened my son and I walked around the store. Super busy with holiday shopping. They have a TON of options from jogging headphones to wireless speakers to surround sound and MORE. Matt came back to us and indicated we had the warranty from our initial purchase and we were able to trade the headphones out. We were in and out within 20 minutes which was clutch as we had a 6 year old bday party to head to down in Monument (30 min drive away). I will definitely make the trip out here for all my audio needs. I'm currently looking at some surround sound/speaker bar for my bedroom and movie room. Will seek this specific store out. read more

Matt at the Castle Rock Bose Outlet Store Is FANTASTIC. We recently bought a Bose surround sound system online and needed some additional items to install it the way we wanted for how large our room is. We explained to Matt what have, what we wanted to do and his response was 'I have an idea'. He brought out adapters and needed brackets for the speakers. The brackets are EXACTLY what we need as are the wire adapters, since our pre-wired house needed adapting. Matt knew exactly what we were talking about when we explained. Had a pair of Bose headphones that had broken. My wife purchased them for me as a gift from Target over 2 yrs ago and had been used maybe 10 times) I called various numbers that were affiliated with Bose ( corporate, Bose repair centres etc) No one would help me. Best option from anyone was ( to fix the main on and off switch) probably a 25 cent piece, was for me to buy a new pair for $269. The Bose Factory Store, one of my last calls said we'll take care if you. Bring them in and we'll exchange them for a new pair free of charge. Unreal service. Then they throw in a 1 yr warranty. If you want Bose equipment, you'd be crazy to go anywhere else read more

I brought the soundtouch 130 system and had an issue with the console. The staff at Bose store located at Castle Rock Outlet mall was awesome as I returned the system and they exchanged the system I was having issues with a another one and it works great. I would highly recommend them as the customer service there is great. read more

Every time I go in here the snobby employees are rude and hopelessly self-absorbed. I've gone in four times with the intention of buying something, but walked out empty-handed having not been greeted or helped. Today, I gave it one more shot and my three-year old got scolded for touching an advertisement board. I am so disappointed in the service I have received at this Bose store on more than one occasion. I went in to get my earbuds replaced under the warranty and Josh was the salesperson who "helped" me. He had the worst attitude and looked like he wished he were anywhere but there. He repeatedly asked me where I got the earbuds and I repeatedly told him "they were a gift, I don't know" and he acted as if that answer wasn't good enough and he was doing me a huge favor to exchange the faulty pair. I had the same problem with the replacement pair of headphones (normal use, no wear and tear, unexplained defect) and went in a second time. I distinctly thought to myself "I hope that same guy isn't working" and my heart literally sank when I walked in and Josh was the only available salesperson. Once again, his attitude was abysmal. He looked me up in the system and said with a rude tone of voice "looks like you've had this problem before" as if it was my fault. When I told him the problem was that the mic wasn't working, his "test" was to plug the earbuds into an ipad and press the volume control buttons. He just said "they are working here." I explained that the problem wasn't with the buttons or controls, but that the people on the other end of the phone can't hear me when I speak into the mic, which I had tested with more than one phone to rule out an error with my phone. He once again put up a bit of a fuss and finally said "okay, I'll help you out this time" but kind of rolling his eyes in annoyance. He proceeded to inform me that my name would now be red flagged if I were to come in again for a warranty replacement, because I had been in too many times in a certain time period. I asked for more information on that and he had no answer. He suggested the problem with my headphones was user error, although when he "tested" them he told me they seemed to be working fine - weird, right? When I asked what kind of "error" that could be, he once again had no answers for me. He just kept saying "I'm just telling you the policy" or something along those lines, in a very bothered way. Furthermore, the employees of this store were talking bad about another customer right after he left, in front of other customers. Talk about unprofessional. I am so disappointed and angry with the service I've received here that I will gladly fork over the money to ship my products back to Bose for any future warranty replacements I may need. If you have to go to this location, I'd recommend steering clear of Josh unless you like cold, aloof and rude behavior. read more

We have a Bose Wave Music System III with the Multi-CD changer. The changer failed and would not read nor play CD's. I called Corporate in Massachusetts asking if there was a local repair facility, of which there is not. I needed to send the changer into Corporate for repair. The unit was still within warranty, so no charge to me for repair, just mailing it to them. I mentioned the Castle Rock Outlet Bose store and the Customer Service Rep at Corporate stated, "that if the Outlet Store wasn't too far, they would be able to send the changer to Corporate, no charge". I went to the store, with the changer in hand, explained my dilemma, expecting them to package it and get it in the mail. Instead, they looked up the serial number, found out that it was under warranty, went to the back room to retrieve another unit and did an exchange right on the spot. I about fell over. Without a doubt some of the Best Customer Service I have experienced in a long time and especially in todays world. Gentlemen of the Castle Rock Outlet Bose Store, you are outstanding! read more
