Came here for a group dinner and I was seriously blown away. We ordered a variety of sushi rolls for the table and every single one was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Kamikazee roll was my favorite! The fried green tomato appetizer was also delicious. I tried the flatbread as well. It was good, but the sushi is definitely the star of the show for me. The vibe is immaculate, stylish, intimate, and such a great atmosphere overall. My friends and I had the time of our lives! We ended up at Bosc for my friend's birthday after another restaurant completely dropped the ball and didn't honor her reservation. The restaurant itself is super cute and aesthetic with a really nice atmosphere, which made the night feel special even after our original plans fell through. Even though it was close to closing, Chris and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to our table the entire time. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure we still had a good birthday dinner experience. Food wise, My cousin and I got the Bosc burger and my friend got the Zucchini Fries and it was just okay not bad, but probably not something we'd specifically come back for. The rest of the table felt pretty similarly about their meals. But the service absolutely stood out and really saved the night for us. This is going to be our new go to spot! Not only were we able to get a reservation same day, but the prices were extremely fair which really stands out with all of the high end, expensive places opening in Tampa. The Tuna Crispy Rice, Gouda Flatbread, and Chicken Salad were all 10//10. I will be thinking about these often! My husbands Fried Chicken platter was also good, I am just not a fried chicken person. They sent out two extra pieces for him because they were a little more on the crispy side- something we would have never noticed but shows their dedication and attention to detail. Came here for a Sunday brunch. We made a reservation a day prior. They have a nice indoor/outdoor dining option, super pleasant to eat in a shade and still experience some wind and some fans. Service was super attentive and friendly. They came checked on us and were really helpful. They menu is pretty extensive and have regular brunch options as well as some sushi options. We had truffle fries, Bosc salad, sushi rolls-California and spicy salmon, and spicy tuna crispy rice appetizer. We also had 2 mocktails. Unfortunately the pear mocktail (Bosc classic) wasn't really good, it had no pear flavor, wasn't refreshing. The Tampa transplant mocktail was really good. The place was very nicely decorated and clean, even the bathrooms! The drinks were a little too strong for my liking, but that's just a personal preference. The food was okay. Everything we tasted was packed full of flavor, presented well and most importantly served at the proper temperatures. I tried the hamachi crudo and whipped feta as starters and finished with the pasta Bolognese. Also tried the special of the night, 'Fish and Chips'. The feta gave me a different flavor profile with each bite as there was so much going on. The pita was piping hot and complemented the cooler feta perfectly. The hamachi was perfect, tons of complementary flavors on the plate, no soy sauce needed at all. The pasta was fresh, cooked to perfection with plenty of 'bite' to it. Plenty of flavor and meat in the sauce, I wish I would have asked for red pepper to kick it up a bit. The special fish and chips consisted of lightly battered and fried red snapper and house made kettle chips. Fish was delicious and the chips were nice and thin with a perfect crisp. Overall this was the best dining experience I've had in my five trips to Florida over the years. Stephanie was the greatest server, very attentive, friendly and engaging. Finally tried out this new spot in Tampa for Friday date night. Absolutely loved this place - upbeat atmosphere, extremely friendly service and unique menu. Had to try the Bayshore Buzz cocktail and WOW I loved the mix of gin, ginger liqueur, and lemongrass (esp with the candi d ginger on top). LOVED the tuna crispy rice appetizer. Short rib entree was absolutely perfect - well cooked with creamy sweet potatoes and delicious veggies. I got the Parker street roll and was very happy. Solid sushi for Tampa standards. Last minute decision to try Bosc and I'm so glad we did. The outdoor seating is such a vibe, super nice but still relaxed. I love that you can come here dressed up or keep it casual and still feel totally comfortable. They even have TVs by the bar, which makes it feel fun and not too formal. I love Bosc! This modern chic restaurant really knew the assignment and gives all the classy European vibes. They have inside seating as well as a wrap around bar and an outside patio. 10/10! Where do I begin? Parking: Bosc has limited parking in their own lot which made it very convenient to make it on time for our reservation. There is also paid street parking in front if needed. Food: We had a few different appetizers that we shared. They are known for their sushi which was amazing. The flatbread and the truffle fries were the hit of the night for us. They have certainly taken their time in crafting great flavor profiles for their dishes. The pasta was also incredibly delicious. The didn't have a dessert menus but offered two options. We opted on the crème brûlée which was amazing. The drinks were also really good and reasonably priced. Service: Our server was very professional, knew the menu, made great recommendations and was super friendly. He was attentive and made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Nino, the manager, was so welcoming and friendly. He takes pride in this space and it truly shows. Shoutout to him for making us feel welcomed and catered to. Ambiance: The restaurant is super cozy, well lit and nicely decorated. We loved the vibe and energy in there and the outside seating is covered and looked inviting as well. This spot is the best meal I've had in Florida. The service was amazing with everyone looking happy to be a part of this new restaurant as it builds their place in the community. We walked here from the Tampa convention center in under 10 minutes and is a much better option than the immediate surrounding restaurants in the area The food was top notch with flavors combinations that were to die for. We visited Bosc for Mother's Day brunch and really wanted to love the experience because the restaurant itself has a beautiful atmosphere and a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience fell short. When we were seated, we were told they would not be offering bottomless mimosas due to the high volume of customers for Mother's Day. We found this a bit confusing because the restaurant honestly did not appear overly crowded at the time. We ordered two mimosas along with an appetizer of oysters, but the oysters took about 35 minutes to arrive. During that wait, we also ordered two more mimosas, a flatbread, and a sushi roll, though it took quite a while to get our waitress's attention to place the additional order. About 45 minutes later, our waitress informed us they were completely out of flatbread, which appeared to be one of the main brunch offerings and one of the few shareable items on the menu. At that point, we decided it was best to ask for the check and leave. To their credit, the manager did apologize and provided us with a $20 coupon to return, although it is only valid Sunday through Thursday. I understand holidays can be challenging for restaurants, and the staff remained polite throughout the experience. I do think this restaurant has potential, but better preparation, communication, and pacing of service would have made a big difference. read more

Came here with hubby for date night. I'm preggo so there were a lot of menu items that I could not partake in (raw fish mainly), but plenty of options still. I had the Tampa Transplant for a yummy mocktail. I prefer ginger beer over ginger-ale for mocktails because I like the spicy bite, but the drink was good nonetheless. We shared the short rib flatbread for an app, and my husband raved over it. He loved the mustard on the flatbread, while I loved the fresh herbs on top. The herbs were really only sprinkled on the middle pieces, but they lended such a beautiful freshness to the rich short-rib, so I think taking a few extra seconds to make sure the herbs are on every piece is worthwhile. Overall we were very impressed with how well such a thin and crispy flatbread held up to all the delectable toppings! We ordered a salad at the same time that we ordered our entrees, but when the entrees came out first, we cancelled the salad. Oh well. For entrees, we ordered the fried chicken and bolognese with tagliatelle. They add fennel to their bolognese which is one my favorite additions to bolognese. It was very good, but I was more impressed with their fried chicken despite not being much of a fried chicken person. Again, hubby was raving. The breading was delightfully crispy and the chicken incredibly moist. The ranch was delicious, and I loved the pickled onions and cauliflower which were necessary to add tang to the dish. The whipped potatoes had horseradish in them which should be a standard addition to mashed potatoes in my unsolicited opinion. Mmm they were so good. We also liked the braised collard greens. It was overall an excellent dish. They seem to still be working on their dessert menu, but we were too full to indulge in a sweet treat anyway. Our waiter mentioned that they have crème brûlée, flourless chocolate torte, and a chocolate cake with white chocolate filling (or something like that). Overall it was good and attentive service for the most part, and a nice ambience. Perhaps a little loud with repetitive music but you know...vibes. I really wanted to like this place, but I think they're still working out the kinks. Came in on a Saturday night and ordered two cocktails and two appetizers. Our appetizers took over 20 minutes to come and they were just ok. We got the char grilled oysters which came out burnt, but we had waited so long we didn't want to send them back. We also got the tuna crispy rice, which was delicious but it was only four pieces and I'm used to tuna crispy rice coming with at least six. It wasn't really a shareable portion which I wish the server would've told us. Because of how long everything took to come out, we didn't even order entrées. The two drinks and two appetizers came to $74 so this is definitely a place on the pricier side. I would definitely recommend coming here for cute drinks and a cute vibe because the interior is beautiful, I would wait a couple months for them to get their kitchen in order before coming back for food. read more

We went in a group of 6 for Mothers Day brunch. The restaurant is set up with almost no space in between tables. They didn't appear that busy (half the restaurant was empty) but the server was awful. My Mother ordered a coffee and we had to ask the server multiple times for it. She explained it came from the "other side" of the restaurant and that's why it was taking so long? The entire time we were there, no one offered drink refills, even for water. The server also put it in the food incorrectly - so there was more of a wait with no drinks. It was disappointing because this was supposed to be a special treat for my Mother and no one will be returning. read more
