I love this place! My first time here was with my family. They raced about the donuts, so I knew I had to give them a try! Best decision ever! The donuts melt in your mouth. So fresh! My first visit I had a breakfast sandwich on croissant and the croissant was ridiculous! So buttery, flaky and soft. Now, the Boba Tea!! Delicious! I had a mango tea with mango popping pearls. I've been coming back here a few times now just for their milk tea with boba. It's super duper good and I highly recommend it if you're a fan of milk tea! Their prices are cheap and they always make my drink really fast so it's always good to stop by when I'm in a rush. I'm personally not a fan of donuts so I didn't try them but my boyfriend liked them. I think their boba is sweeter around night time if you prefer that too! We saw on the Surprise community page that Bosa donuts was opened in Surprise & decided to give them a try. We purchased some donut holes & two boba drinks. The glazed donut holes were good & service was ok. They had a buy one boba drink & get one half off for their opening week, so we purchased a Hokkaido Milk Tea with boba & a strawberry banana smoothie with boba. We saw the employee making both drinks with powder and the first sip of the drinks confirmed that it was all artificial ingredients. The drinks tasted horrible & the boba was even worse. The boba was definitely from an old batch because it had the soggy outside layer of the boba ball & the inside of the boba ball was hard. After a couple sips, we threw the two drinks in the trash because it did not taste good. If you are in the Surprise area & looking for authentic, good quality boba drinks, please head over to Sumo Snow. If you are on the east side of town & looking for a good boba place, you should try DaYung. Those are the only two places in AZ that have authentic, high quality boba drinks. read more

My husband loves a good donut. The other donut shops out here aren't very good and Bosa has great donuts so we've gone a few times. Twice we've gone in the mornings and both times they were out of coffee and we had to wait for them to brew it. What kind of donut shop doesn't have coffee made, especially in the morning? I admit it... I have an addiction to BoSa donuts. I'm from the Seattle area, and recently on vacation to Arizona my friend introduced me to BoSa. They are super light and fluffy; not greasy or heavy. They are also inexpensive compared to other places I've been to. The only downside is they've made it so I don't want to eat any other donuts because they can't compare. read more

I go to this location and to the Glendale location pretty often for a Thai Iced Tea with boba...so good! I went by yesterday at about 3:30pm and was greeted by a girl with her back turned to me, cutting up lettuce. I then stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting to be helped. There was another employee having her lunch and I could tell that she was getting uncomfortable seeing that I wasn't being helped by the first employee so she got up, put her lunch in the back, washed her hands and helped me. She even apologized for me having to wait so long. I didn't get her name but she had dark hair and winged eyeliner. Great customer service by this young lady! Keep it up. read more

Really great donut place. A very good selection of donuts. These donuts taste fresh and better than the larger chains like Krispy Kreme or Dunkin' Donuts. The only knock I can think of for BoSa is that they do not have a Bavarian Cream donut, the powdered sugar with custard on it. It has something close, but it isn't a Bavarian Cream donut. read more
