Stopped by this donut shop and was seriously impressed. The donuts were fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious--some of the best I've had in a long time. The drinks were just as good, perfectly made and really hit the spot. My kids loved it too, which always says a lot. The shop itself was very clean and well-kept, and the whole place had a welcoming feel. On top of that, the staff was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. I am in love with Bosa Donuts!! This location in particular is always on point. Whenever they have a line at the drive-thru, you'll still get out of it in under ten minutes. I've stopped in a few times since it's on my way to work and even on days I think I'll be late if I make a quick Bosa run, I still make it on time with minutes to spare, lol. My fave donut is the Maple Bar. I mean, you really can't go wrong with any of the donuts here. Most recently, someone recommended the Blended Thai Tea with Boba so I HAD to try it. I've been an addict ever since. I was sad this morning, though. They didn't have any boba today! =( I'm still giving them 5 stars for the awesome customer service and for the quality of their goods. I had one of the most uncomfortable ordering experiences ever here recently. There's a male employee that took my order, who was very short with me and seemingly upset I didn't know what I wanted immediately. I went to pay and upon pulling away, realized both items ordered weren't correct. I backed up and tried to get their attention. Upon waiting, I realized how thoroughly disgusting their kitchen is. I finally was able to glad someone down and told her that it wasn't what I'd ordered. She then got the guy I ordered from and I explained it again and he asked me what I wanted to do. I said I just wanted what I had ordered. He was furious and stomped away and raised the order over his head, slamming into the garbage. I said "hey, forget it"... I called out his behavior and he was screaming at me. I told him I just wanted a refund. As he was walking closer, I noticed his AK-47 shirt AND tattoo on his forearm. Missed out on donut day yesterday and had to redeem myself first thing this am. This is our local Bosa and has never let us down. The inside was busy but the employees gracefully helped the customers quickly thus, making hardly any wait at all. The man working asked me how I was doing and gave me information on flavors. He was truly kind and cared about making me happy. The friendly customer service is genuinely the reason I wanted to write this review. THE DONUTS...were AMAZING! So fresh, doughy, and sugary. Everything one wishes for in a donut. Freshly made and disappeared in 45 seconds. I wanted to get the half dozen/dozen but I have no self-control so, two will do. Workers were friendly and quick. However, at least an inch of ice was at the bottom of my smoothie. It was blended properly. I have never received a scoop of ice at the bottom of my cup before. Great variety of standard doughnuts, nothing too adventurous when it comes to flavors but if you're looking to pick up a dozen for work for friends a good choice. Even a drive through to pick up a quick dozen. Enjoyed the butterfly doughnut, cinnamon flavor could have been a little more uniform for me but still a great doughnut. Great donuts! Loved the Apple fritter and the fact they have two sizes, a regular and a large. The glazed buttermilk bar was delicious. On National Cream Filled donut day I had to stop at a donut shop. It's a must. I've seen these ships around town and haven't been up early enough to go for the freshest donuts. Today I was overwhelmed by the selection in front of me. I love old fashioned glazed bit today I went for a special kind of donut that looked like a glazed ball/square of dough with a pointed top. It's amazing. I highly recommend this donut. I can't stop eating it. I also got a filled apple donut. This was also amazing and fluffy. The staff members were really nice and friendly. I absolutely love Bosa Donuts but not at this location. The restaurant looks disorganized and unclean. Last time I visited, there was a wasp stuck inside the glass inside the donut display. This grows me out and I never went back even though its the closest location to my home. I will just take the drive and go to another location that has better upkeep and more sanitary. It just seems like they don't take pride in their restaurant like they are not concern about keeping it clean or looking decent. read more

The cleanliness at this place is Horrible. The staff has a don't care attitude when it comes to cleaning the dining room tables or floor. The bathrooms have been in disrepair for over six months. Bosa Donuts on Dobson is fantastic. They have such a great selection of donuts and the prices are great. My husband loves the Boston Creme donut. The donuts are a good size. The chocolate frosting is sweet and hits the spot. The creme in the middle is well dispersed and has a great flavor. I prefer cake donuts. The ones at Bosa aren't super greasy. You can taste the donut instead of the grease. The maple long johns are also fantastic. I would give them 5-stars, but recently when we visit they have sold out of several of the flavors we wanted. read more

Today I placed an order at the drive thru, was told they were out of 2 of the 6 items I ordered so I chose alternate items. When I told her I still needed my donuts she said with attitude, "I only charged you for the drinks." $14.51 for just drinks! I usually am a patron of this store, but unfortunately, this Bosa was not up to par today. From the moment we walked in, we were treated as if our business was an inconvenience. The girl behind the counter kept rolling her eyes at me when I placed my orders. She also added Boba when I specifically said I didn't want Boba, and the breakfast sandwich order was wrong. Bosa is a staple in east valley donut history. Lots of options, made fresh daily, and just down right delicious. This location has a drive thru so you can dash through quickly. The old fashioned dipped in chocolate is to die for. The apple fritter is gloriously good as well. There are plenty of drink selections for the family - from coffees to chocolate milk! I remember visiting the downtown Chandler location as a kid- my dad always took the family as it was his favorite donut shop (over Winchells and Dunkin). Not much has changed in all that time, which is awesome. If you crave donuts and breakfast treats, do yourself a favor and visit BOSA! Oh, and specific to this location.....
