WoW! I cant believe I havent written a review for Borrellis yet!!! This place is awesome!!!! The food is outrageously delicious!! The service is always top notch. Its a welcoming restaurant that we have visited many times. We have also has private parties here. The food is so good. Today i ate eggplant parm and i upgraded the sauce on my side of pasta to meat sauce. Their meat sauce is AWESOME!!! The eggplant was cooled perfectly and smothered with gooey cheese. The garlic bread might seem like its ordinary but it is not. It is made somehow that it tastes better than any other garlic bread ivve ever had! Highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND BORRELLIS!!!

This is a true "East Meadow Staple" - Walking into this place, feels like you took a step back in time. Your back in the late 1980's - early 1990's - that's how you feel. Very home town feel. Service is always on point. You won't get any attitude from the wait staff. I can't explain it, but - Borrelli's Pizza is consistantly delicious and crisy. I've never ventured over to the Bar Area, but - its typically filled with East Meadow Townies. Great Vibe - Borrelli's has continued to evolve with the changing community. They will continue to live on!

OK, so the food here is not five star food, but I'm giving the place Five stars anyway because it's just awesome! Oooold school classic long island Long Island italian restaurant with SOLID restaurant style pizza (which is a great change from all the traditional thin. Crust New York style pizza. That's everywhere on Long Island.) and italian food. And to be honest that's about all there is to say about this place lol Recommend; chefs special salad, pizza (get toppings cause the crust holds up firmly against it), spicy marina sauce.

Fried Calamari came with rings only... would not recommend. Homemade Meatball were excellent

Ordered take out multiple times: Ambiance is nice! Very relaxed and laid back. Sicilian regular pizza is great!! Basically a regular pie with a deep dish crust! 5 out of 5 stars Meatballs: excellent! 5 out of 5 Wedding soup: great flavor with small mini meatballs!! My favorite! 5 out of 5 Regular pie: okay, but nothing too great 4 out of 5 stars Calamari: would never order again, very fishy smell and only rings. Tried one and couldn't eat the rest. 2 out of 5 Pasta fagoli soup: pretty good, basically lentils, pasta and carrots in a thick chicken based broth. I was surprised it didn't have any tomato sauce in it. 4 out of 5 stars Garlic bread with mozzarella: very tasty! 4.5 out of 5

Took my pup for a stroll in East Meadow and stopped into Borrelli's, a neighborhood classic since 1955. Ordered the baked clams and stuffed mushrooms to go. The piping hot fresh bread ruined my plan to eat light today. Too good to resist though. Delicious.

Food - 8.5-9 Service - 10 Ambiance - 10 The hype is real. Not that Borrellis needs a review but wanted to add my 2cents. We ordered a basic cheese pizza, spaghetti and meatball dish and a tomatoe and mozzarella salad (forget the actual name) alll 3 were amazing !!

Hot spot for Isles games, great tap beer and heros. There's a bar at the front and a ton of seating in the back. LGI

Visit Date: January 20, 2026…read more I got the LI cafe passport book from my co-worker for Christmas. In January I got to go to two coffee shops in this book, for five was the second one. I went with one of my friends. We both had the mochas and I had a shot of espresso because the book recommended it. The espresso was good, not overly bitter, pretty much just right. The mocha was amazing a good ratio of chocolate, coffee and espresso. It was pretty busy here and the atmosphere was nice. The snacks looked really good maybe one day I'll go back for a pastry. I give for five five stars and five beans and would recommend coming here if you like coffee shops.

The elitist attitude continued throughout the transaction; she couldn't be bothered to tell me which beans she was using, and once the coffee was finished, she didn't even acknowledge me or announce that the drink was ready. It's a shame when a shop's "gatekeeping" attitude ruins the experience. There is no excuse for treating customers with that much contempt. I won't be returning to a place that makes me feel like an inconvenience for ordering a coffee.

Their pastries are top notch, both in ingredient and aesthetics, but beyond that I am most impressed with the customer service at this location. They stand behind excellence and ensure customer satisfaction, and it shows in their demeanor and action when something is not 100% up to par. And now an even closer location in Plainview! Pretty soon they're gonna open one right in my backyard or something haha. It is a lovely spot for authentic French-inspired pastries and coffee. I've had everything here including cupcakes, brownies, croissants, macarons, cookies, madelines, etc. I've also come here to get a small cake for special occasions. It is also a very nice place to come with friends and enjoy a coffee and pastries. The elegant, pristine interior with marble accents and beautiful displays creates a welcoming Parisian vibe. Perfect for a quick treat or relaxed sit-down. I love the cookies here, they're soft and chewy unlike the Plainview FWS I always leave with a giant bag of 5 of every different flavor of cookie(chocolate chip, nutella, oreo, pistachio, etc) because the texture is so soft and smooth. My new obsession is the fruits of the forest cake. So delicious! Its a must try!!! It gets packed in here, but the line moves quickly! If you haven't tried FWS yet, what are you waiting for?
