I called and spoke to Dan one of the owners, and he was just a great guy and genuine and open and that intrigued me, so I gave them a shot. They showed up with a two-person crew [Ricardo and Kayla], to perform a deep clean on my home. They were amazing. They took care of my home as if it was their own. When Kayla had to leave earlier than expected, one of the other owners, John showed up, and he jumped right in and really helped with my house. This shows really good character, which is most important, when you allow someone into your home. I was so impressed by their commitment, I decided to hire them for biweekly cleaning. Today was the first day. I had amazing results. Kayla, who was assigned here, is an unbelievably hard worker, and meticulous with what she does. On top of that, she's pleasant, and extremely polite. This service is not inexpensive. You pay for what you get. I've had a lot of people work on my house over the years, and it's rare when you find someone who takes pride in their work. This group wants to get it right. Hire them. You will not be disappointed.

After a few months of…read moreregular cleanings they decided they weren't getting enough money and tried to charge us an extra $100 per cleaning. This was despite them agreeing nothing had changed from the first regular cleaning. Standard bait and switch tactics.

If you have a lot of money to waste on mediocrity, this is the company for you. I had my house…read morecleaned prior to moving in years ago to the tune of $700. I reached out to the company to get another house cleaned, and was mortified by the customer service skills of Libby. I felt like an inconvenience to the company as I attempted to get quoted, and book a date. In the end Merry Maids was actually unable to do the cleaning. It should be noted, according to Libby, if anything isn't in the quote; be it a small hallway, staircase, landing, entryway, etc. It will be completely skipped over. The quote is by room, not square footage. Halls, stairs, vestibules, and landings, no matter how small, will be counted the same as say a kitchen, or bedroom. I booked instead with tidytroopers who were able to meet my needs in the time frame provided and did a spectacular job. The deep cleaning for the entire house was less than half the price of standard cleaning merrymaids offered. Save time, money, and sanity and book with someone else.
