The owner, Ayesha is responsive and very nice to talk to. I was able to book after talking to her and she was super kind and did the first cleaning herself. Aside from being personable, she did a great job with a deep clean and was able to fit us in rather quickly which was appreciated! She did a great job with a sweep through, mopping, dusting, etc. I was very happy with the first clean, aside from a few small things: - during the cleaning process, one of my wife's decorative items (nothing too crazy or expensive) fell and broke. Ayesha said she would replace it, but she never did. It's not really a big deal at all, but she sort of set the expectation that she would and it's been a few weeks now so I am not sure if she just forgot or what. - she used one of our sponges to clean some things, also not a big deal, but it was our dish sponge and also said she would drop off some other sponges, but never did. Not a big deal, but I'm glad I noticed..! Wouldn't have been fun cleaning the dishes with that sponge after. The second cleaning was AOK. Pretty good. I wasn't able to be there while the cleaner was cleaning and the scheduling was a little off (we scheduled for Thursday, but on Thursday it turned out the scheduling was recorded for Friday). No big deal and on Friday the cleaner showed up on time. It wasn't the owner who came, but someone else, which I didn't expect, but obviously makes sense. She did a decent job, but some things were not ideal, i.e. when re-stacking shoe rack, some dirty shoes were placed on top of nicer shoes, etc. I expected a square card reader to be there so I could pay by credit card, but that detail was forgotten. However, despite the little things - overall, the job was decently done and the house felt clean and I felt less stressed and overwhelmed, which is always a plus. Bottom line: I'm pleased with ASA and would like to continue using them biweekly. The price is reasonable and the cleaning is pretty good and the owner truly cares. I think she is just swamped with how fast her business is growing, which is wonderful and I hope she continues to see success and growth.

I just had my final cleaning inspection and passed with flying colors, and will be receiving my full deposit back. */update* I recently used custom maid cleaning for a move out cleaning. For the most part I was happy with the experience. The scheduling and quote process was very easy. They came out to my house for a couple minutes, looked around at what needed to be done, and sent me a quote later that day. They had flexible scheduling which I also appreciated, seeing as how I had called a different cleaning service two weeks out of the cleaning date and was told they were all booked up. Custom Maid fit me in on my preferred day, and even said they would come on the weekend if needed. A team of 3 came the day of the scheduled cleaning. They were about an hour early and I still hadnt cleared everything out yet, but they were able to work around it. They were quick and efficient and finished cleaning the 1100 square foot place in about an hour and a half. Overall I would rate their cleaning job a 'B'. There were still some nooks and crannies of the fridge I had to finish cleaning (they didn't pull the drawer unit out and there was a bunch of crumbs that had fallen back there that needed some seriously cleaning) and they also didn't vacuum along the very edges of the carpet using an attachment, so I also had to go back through and take care of that. But other than those two items everything else looked great and it saved me a lot of time and back breaking work.

I had a poor experience with this cleaning service and would not use them again…read more I paid for a deep clean and still had to go back afterward to vacuum up multiple clumps of dog hair, dust surfaces, and wipe down parts of the sinks and faucet myself. My own vacuum immediately picked up debris that had been left behind in one pass. There were several areas that did not appear fully cleaned, which was especially disappointing considering there were two cleaners working for about three hours. I understand everyone and every home is different, but I've previously had a single cleaner complete significantly more thorough work in the same timeframe for less money, without me needing to re-clean parts of my apartment afterward. The communication afterward also left a bad impression. Instead of simply addressing the concerns professionally, I felt blamed for the condition of the apartment and uncomfortable with the tone of the payment-related messages. My girlfriend also was blocked from the company's business page during the exchange, which felt extremely unprofessional.
