Marcus promised a certain number of hours and failed to follow through--no warning, no update, no accountability. My team and I planned our schedules around the hours he committed to. Instead of communicating when he realized he didn't need us, he waited until the exact moment I showed up at the job site to tell me I was no longer needed. That level of disregard for someone else's time and planning is unacceptable. To make matters worse, his crew's work ethic was terrible. His employees did a half-assed job and left most of the real work to my team. On top of that, one of his workers was openly smoking what appeared to be PCP/K2 right on the job site--in full view of others, including the project manager. That is not only unprofessional, it's unsafe. Between the lack of communication, broken promises, wasted time, and completely inappropriate on-site behavior, I would never recommend subcontracting with this company or trusting them on a professional project. Save yourself the stress and find a company that actually respects people and runs a legitimate operation.

I had the walk-through with Jennifer and pointed out some things we specifically wanted cleaned and things that we were throwing out. Jennifer gave me the quote after the walk-through and we scheduled the clean the very next day! On "cleaning day", there were a crew of three that started the work at 11am and were finished by 3pm.
