If you have a lot of money to waste on mediocrity, this is the company for you. I had my house…read morecleaned prior to moving in years ago to the tune of $700. I reached out to the company to get another house cleaned, and was mortified by the customer service skills of Libby. I felt like an inconvenience to the company as I attempted to get quoted, and book a date. In the end Merry Maids was actually unable to do the cleaning. It should be noted, according to Libby, if anything isn't in the quote; be it a small hallway, staircase, landing, entryway, etc. It will be completely skipped over. The quote is by room, not square footage. Halls, stairs, vestibules, and landings, no matter how small, will be counted the same as say a kitchen, or bedroom. I booked instead with tidytroopers who were able to meet my needs in the time frame provided and did a spectacular job. The deep cleaning for the entire house was less than half the price of standard cleaning merrymaids offered. Save time, money, and sanity and book with someone else.

I decided to hire someone else to do it for me and I have no regrets! Maid 4 Time was actually my first point of contact ... and although I intended on doing price shopping, Tina was so quick to respond and so thorough with me, answering all of my questions and even doing a video call to show my home and discuss what is getting cleaned. Brittany and Dana were the ladies sent to my home for cleaning and they did a stellar job! I paid extra to have my walls washed downstairs and they truly sparkled when they were done. They look like new! They really took their time to thoroughly clean everything. We did a walk through when they were done and there were a couple little spots I felt could be cleaned a little better and they were so polite and did so immediately without hesitation or complaint. They were so polite and personable, yet professional. I would absolutely recommend these ladies to anyone needing their place cleaned and will be requesting them the next time I need I deep cleaning.

The one young lady spent more time trying to dust while sitting on the floor and not moving! Lots of whining by her as well. Biggest waste of $350 for 2 "cleaning professionals" , and I'm using that term loosely! Had issues with them putting holds and charging our credit card! We did not even ask for a full house cleaning. Living room, sun room, part of kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Did not vacuum the stairs as requested. Stay away! I should have known better when they could get us in so quickly! 4 hours for 2 people for $350, only to still have to clean after they left. Stay far, far, away! Will be leaving this same review on Google!
