For a fast casual restaurant, the food is great quality and they packed it in! Two bowls lasted me a few days! The meats were flavorful and the sides all delicious. I love their options for sauces too.

I saw that there was a new fast casual Korean eatery in town and had to try it. Walking in, the space is bright and clean, though there seemed to be somewhat limited seating, and the tables had two chairs each. It looked like there was outdoor seating as well. The menu is posted on the wall and is focused on rice bowls. There was both a cashier and a self service order kiosk. We opted to use the kiosk and it was easy and intuitive. I ordered the Dubu Bowl and my husband ordered the Busan Bowl. You can also create your own bowl and there are some options to edit the existing bowls as well (my husband chose the stir fry veggies over the corn). The portions were huge and tasty. The Korean noodles in the bowl were delicious as were the sauces available to put on your bowl. The kimchi was also very good and not too spicy for me to handle. Everything tasted fresh. I didn't get the teas but they looked good and are also served with oat milk. Service was friendly and the employee who worked on our order walked us through the sauce options. We also received our meals very quickly. Bopbowl is great choice for a quick lunch on the go while you are out and about or to pick up some dinner to go.

This place is pricey, but is highly recommended by everyone I've heard about it from. You order from a kiosk so you can customize everything despite the dishes on the menu. I loved this because I already wanted to try something off the menu, but didn't want the mac salad so this was a great way to customize your dish without it being too complicated. There was only one staff and he made my order super quickly. He was super kind and showed me where the sauce bar was. You can add whatever sauces you want. I put on the gochujang sauce on my beef bulgogi bowl with rice, japchae, kimchi, and roasted veggies. Everything was hot, fresh, and smelled amazing. The entire place is well lit, very clean, and would be a fun place to eat at with friends. I ended up taking this to go since I was just grabbing lunch during work. It held up super well and the to go container was a huge bowl. I ate about half and brought the rest home for a late afternoon snack. It also reheated well, but next time I bet I could finish the whole bowl if I didn't have to get back to work. Absolutely delicious and tasty. The best part was the japchae and the bulgogi. I could eat this for lunch every week easily.

Seoul bowl and Lychee green tea

I had Korean food only once before at random place I drove by years ago, and the food there perfectly okay. I wanted to try it again else where and decided to do that today on a whim after a craving for spicy noodles hit me. I saw Bopbowl advertised on my app and they offered a lychee green tea, and I love Lychee so I decided to order delivery. I got the lychee tea and ended up picking the Seoul bowl and I was not disappointed! In fact, I was super impressed by how flavorful everything was. Even the smell of the food alone was intoxicating. This bowl comes with Smokey pork, sticky rice, noodles and a choice of corn, kimchi, coleslaw or veggies. I ordered mine with corn and stir fry vegetables. The sweetness of the corn with the sour noodles was a perfect contrast. There really was not a low note about the food here, but if I had to choose anything, it would be the amount of sauce added to the bowl. I ordered this bowl with Volcano and red sauce which was a fantastic combination, however, there was not enough of it to go on the rice at the bottom of the bowl. I mixed everything together and it ate very well- just a bit dry. I would suggest ordering extra sauce on the side because it's that good! I will be trying more on this menu very soon!

8/3/24-Amazing food for a good price. Their regular size is really big and you can make 2 meals of it. The taste was good as well and they have different sauces that you can add at the end. They also have some additional snacks that you can get, like my mom got her favorite banana chips. The place was clean. The servers were nice. The only little thing that was off was that the bathroom had run out of soap. For access there is a wheelchair ramp.

    LA Bowl and Mango Lemonade

A few days ago, Bopbowl. Their main concept is a rice bowl with Korean ingredients/toppings. You can create your own bowl too. I got the LA bowl, which was Bulgogi, glass noodles, coleslaw, corn and a side of kimchi. It was so freaking good and the portion size is very large. I also got a mango lemonade to drink. Everything was fresh. The restaurant itself was clean, and the employees were nice and helpful. I'm really excited to have a Korean restaurant in the area, since there's very few Korean places in south Denver outside of Aurora. Please give them a visit!

Missed the mark bad. Beef bulgogi was too fatty and hard to eat. Really unappetizing and not worth the price if you can't eat it. Would not recommend.

A Korean take on the popular fast food bowl. White or brown rice, Korean noodles. Beef, pork, chicken, or a vegan option - tofu. There's a bunch of available toppings. Lots of drink options: lemonades, iced teas, green teas, (oat) milk teas. Delicious! The staff is friendly and welcoming.

They ddukbokki took awhile to come out but once we got it, we enjoyed how it tasted like classic spicy rice cake with fish cake in it. It only had half of a boiled egg, but it was still good paired with the spicy and sweet sauce. They had lots of seating indoors. Definitely will be coming back to try more items.

The interior was immediately green flags - l loved the decor and wood tones. It felt like I was in Korea! The menu is your typical pocha fare - soups, Korean pancakes, army stew, KBBQ meats. We ordered the jalapeño soy chicken wings, volcano pork, and the kimchi fried rice. My favorite was the chicken wings, really crunchy with good flavor and the wings were decently sized. The volcano pork came over a fire burner and cooked at our table. It was definitely pretty spicy but paired really well with the kimchi fried rice, which I thought could be spicier. The pork quality was ok but I really liked the flavors and the bean sprouts in the pot. I particularly love that K Pocha has zero sugar soju on the menu no sugar = no hangovers!)
