Table grill

Fat cow is a traditional Korean barbecue with the added convenience of being able to order on a small digital screen located directly at the table. During our visit, I found the food selection to be good, but not great, while the bulgogi was great, the sausage felt more like a hotdog, and the Ramen station is prepackaged Ramen cups. Our server was good, but we didn't really see her outside of dropping off foods we ordered through the touch screen. Also I found the induction grills to be a lot slower to cook the meat than the traditional gas grills at most Korean BBQ's. It also felt very much like a pizza place converted to another type of restaurant as almost nothing was changed from its previous incarnation. Overall I feel like Fat cow either needs to up the ambiance and food quality a little to justify the price, but it is nice having a Korean BBQ in Parker, and I expect we will visit on occasion.

I thought this would be another hot pot restaurant, nope. This is a Korean BBQ restaurant. I really like both, so I didn't mind. They just opened up, so I'm going to cut them some slack. This place fills up fast and the wait is about an hour for each party to leave. It's a small restaurant, as you can see, so not a lot of room between tables. They made the best use of the room they had. There's a dip and appetizers bar in the back. I was anticipating some kimchi but it was all gone. I went to the ramen bar. You have 2 choices, clam flavor or spicy "challenge mode" beef. My kids and I regret getting the beef. The directions were pretty simply and easy to follow. How was the BBQ? Great! I enjoyed their meat and veggie selections. The servers were polite and quick to deliver. One huge item, the grill and tables are a bit small. If you come here in a party of 2, then it's perfect. Anymore than that then you are fighting for space. I can't note the bar, as it was still being setup. They have TVs but they are positioned really high. To be honest, who is watching TV at an Korean BBQ place. I thought it was hilarious, watching people check-in and go next door, to fill up with beer. Good luck with that. I'm here to eat. I'll come back in a few months, to see if they fixed some of these problems and I look forward to the improvements. Worth to check out.

New Korean BBQ spot in Parker. It has some work to do to be up to par with the Aurora bbq spots but over all it was good. There was only one server for the whole floor and he handled himself very well. The table top bbq cooks too slow. The bulgogi and short rib had delicious flavor. The only down side is some of the meat was too fatty. Restaurant is open and spacious. Didn't feel like we were too close to the next table.

Decently priced. They have a good variety or meats with a ramen station. The menu's light on the bonchon options though. Service was okay. You get to order from the tablet & the food get brought out.

The menu has expanded. So make sure to check back again. Their beef selection and bon chon has more now too. This is the third time I came back and I will keep coming back.

Cant wait to go back Bring your appetite and Get Ready for All-You-Can-Eat at Fatcow Korean BBQ! It is loaded with premium cuts of meat, fresh seafood, and all your favorite Korean sides. Choose veggies from the veggie bar and there is a Ramen station for those who want Ramen. From sizzling grills to endless flavor, every bite was really good! And as a carnivore this place is perfect since I can choose what goes on or with the meat

Does this look like something you would like to put in your mouth?

Total crap! Read the reviews and believe your eyeballs. Tiny portions of meat. The meat is flavorless/bland and takes a long time to cook because the burners do not get hot enough. The salad bar is not worth your time at all and they offered bbq sauce from king Soopers, not the normal sauces you or side goodies you would get at a normal Korean bbq restaurant. You are in no danger of exceeding their 3 hour time limit because you will not really want to stay for long. The manager refused to come out and talk to us about our experience. Absolute waste of $41 per person. You are miles ahead driving anywhere but here even if you live nearby like I do.

Food and service was great, some items were lacking on flavor but all else pretty good. More veggie option would also be good.

The ordering screens took a little for our "seasoned" party to get used to, but we were determined to do this.

We got the classic soondae soup with bone broth and spicy soondae soup, both without intestines. The soondae was very chewy and the classic broth was on the lighter side. I added some pepper and spicy chili paste for added flavor. It tasted great with the kimchi and pickled radishes. The spicy broth definitely had a kick to it and had lots of pepper flakes inside. They ddukbokki took awhile to come out but once we got it, we enjoyed how it tasted like classic spicy rice cake with fish cake in it. It only had half of a boiled egg, but it was still good paired with the spicy and sweet sauce. They had lots of seating indoors. Definitely will be coming back to try more items.

We waited probably about 15 mins to get seated and then it took about another 20 to order and get our food. We got a beef tofu stew (not picture) $17 and a beef hot stone bibimbap $19. We each got our own side dish with 4 side dishes. There was cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, cucumber kimchi, and a soy braised potato with fish cakes. I love a good hot stone bibimbap because of the crispy rice and this was CRISPY. I loved it. The side dishes were the perfect compliment to the dishes too. I will say my only complaint is the beef wasn't as flavorful as some other places but with how much food they're cranking out with only 2 people, they're doing a pretty great job. Despite all the people coming in and the people eating, the lady in the front was still happy and let people know there would be at least a 30 min wait to get seated. Overall, I would probably go here again if I was in the area and wanted a got stone bibimbap and didn't mind a wait but its definitely not a place to go if you're starving due to the potentially long waits.

However, I was very pleasantly surprised at the ambiance, the food, the drinks, and the warmth of the owner! We walked in Thursday night at 11pm. It was one of the only Asian restaurants in the area still open after our flight landed. As expected, the customers were sparse save for 2-3 tables of diners. The interior was immediately green flags - l loved the decor and wood tones. It felt like I was in Korea! The menu is your typical pocha fare - soups, Korean pancakes, army stew, KBBQ meats. We ordered the jalapeño soy chicken wings, volcano pork, and the kimchi fried rice. My favorite was the chicken wings, really crunchy with good flavor and the wings were decently sized. The volcano pork came over a fire burner and cooked at our table. It was definitely pretty spicy but paired really well with the kimchi fried rice, which I thought could be spicier. The pork quality was ok but I really liked the flavors and the bean sprouts in the pot. I particularly love that K Pocha has zero sugar soju on the menu no sugar = no hangovers!) I always drink the brand with the fox on it and squeeze a bit of lemon into the shot. We were served by the owner and the service was efficient. He didn't seem to speak the best English so we had to have one of our friends translate when we asked questions, but he was really nice and welcoming. K Pocha seems to be pretty new, so I will hopefully be back soon to support his business! I definitely want to try the army stew and the tofu soups.
