Wasn't sure if they still had apples left on the trees or not. It's definitely past season. When we…read moregot there we were surprised still a lot of apples. So many on the ground. It's deer season, so I'm sure they will eat them up. My ultimate favorite apples are MacIntosh. Can't really find them in Texas. If you do, they're soft inside, and that crunch is what you're looking for in these apples. Of course as you're picking apples, you have to eat some too. Because it was late in the season, the "You Pick Your Own" apples were only $1.00 a pound. Which is a pretty good deal. I think I picked about 6 apples. Came to about $4.00 fresh from the tree, I would have paid a lot more and been tickled. I still have tourist money left. The space is a lot. They have blueberry fields in the summer. And apples in the fall. They have a haunted walk, maze for Halloween. And a cute painted cut outs of butterfly's for the kids. Used to come here as a kid, and I'm not sure anything has changed. Just a good old country farm. So much to see inside the store. Local honey, local crafts, maple sugar cookies. IYKYK. Apple cider donuts have to be the biggest purchase here. They're so delicious. I would imagine just as I was a kid, this is a family tradition for the locals. Come out and pick apples.

Loved walking through the apple orchard. Saw a few different varieties of apples. Also saw…read moredifferent blueberry and raspberry bushes... unfortunately just after the season. Got a small serving of cold apple cider along with a delicious apple doughnut! Nice stop. Only bummer was Port A Potties. Workers were friendly and knowledgeable.

Love the variety of pies available in the cooler - it's one of the main reasons we visit this…read morelocation. yes, the apples are great - but the pies, especially the french silk pie are amazing. They have great donuts for sale as well. This is much more than an orchard...they have a TON of lego sets for sale. Warning for parents who bring the kids into the store....lots and lots of toys and fun things the kids WILL want something. LOL Outside there is an area for kids to play for a reasonable price - a lot of inflatable playground type things. Staff is present and helpful as needed. Place is very neatly organized, and clean and labeled with prices etc. If you are in the area - I definitely recommend stopping to check it out. There's plenty of parking - so there's no excuse not to stop LOL

We've come here for apple picking as well as recently for their fireworks event for the 4th of July…read morecelebration. They have many varieties of apples and the views are amazing however the prices are a bit high. We usually take our grandkids and it adds up very quickly. Charging what you need to charge for the apples is one thing but they also charge for the use of bounce houses. I don't know but it comes off a a bit greedy. Anyway, for the 4th of July event, while we appreciate that parking was free and was pretty organized, the quality of fireworks was a bit disappointing especially considering that they had some partnership with the town and it was for the USA's 250th.
