The company seems to be new with a lot of room for improvement. They cut down my mother's tree and…read morewhen they went and looked at it no problem. She went with them as they were the cheapest quote and seniors are on a budget. Welp... you get what you pay for. I spent half a day cleaning the debris they left in her driveway. I'm not sure how other companies do it but they put a pickup truck in the side front yard to pull whatever they were cutting. Initially Sam told my mother they would fix the ruts left in the yard. Then came the issue of them not being able to remove the trunk because it would mess up the yard even more. He asked if we wanted it left or gone. He said the kids can play in it and I a was like yes that's fine. Just don't cause more damage to the lawn. So he tells his men to continue working. Come out the whole trunk was gone and the lawn was a wreck. When I asked about them telling my mother they would fix it... he says fix what? It's mud! So at this point we have the ruts and compacted lawn from front to back. The neighbors are upset because they came into our lawn through theirs so part of their yard is also damaged. So he comes back the next day, debris pile as tall as the house is still in the whole driveway, and blows leaves into the deep mud ruts as if it was going to fix them. He sends a truck to pick up the debris and it didn't all fit in the yard so he calls me and says he'll be here to finish the next day... so now we're on day 3. So he send another guys with a pickup with the bed the sauce of like a Tacoma. The guy makes two trips and never returns. I asked Sam if it would be clean by end of day and he said yes. Next day comes no one returned. Next day Monday morning I'm outside my mother's house for 4 hours cutting, tying and bagging the debris. I don't want to hear excuses. If my mother would've been alone I don't know what would've happened because she couldn't have done that work herself. My advice... unless you want to finish the work yourself AND have to fix your lawn... don't go with the cheapest estimate! In this case it was this company. See pictures. I gave ample time for results before reviewing. They did the work last Thursday and it's Tuesday.

This is a shady company. Received a quote to have two trees cut down and five stumps grinded…read more They arrived the scheduled day, however, they only cut down the trees and said they would come back to do the stump grinding. He wanted most of the money the day of so the owner received all but $50 of the quoted price. After 17 emails, we were able to get them to come back and grind 2 of the 5 stumps. They left and after emailing to inquire as to the other three stumps, the owner said he wanted more money. After showing him the original emails (thankfully we saved them) he agreed to return to finish the project. After 13 emails (most of which are never responded to) and six months later, they have never returned to finish the project. This is not a reputable company!!

Finally after digging for a bit they found me with a response of "yeah we don't have the sod, too much rain for it to be cut." What??? We are in a drought? Next, I asked is there a reason no one bothered to call me to let me know the sod was not coming so I didn't drive down to pick it up? I got a confused look and a response of "I was off yesterday in a sarcastic tone." I simply lifted that I took the day off work so I could pick up the sod and throw it the same day and that they had some poor business practices to hammer out. Accidents happen, if you can't get the sod I get it and maybe this is a learning curve for them to call a customer? I set up another appointment to get my sod and to have it delivered for about a week later. Since I took another day off of work, I decided to call the day prior to confirm we were set for the next day. I called and got an elderly sounding woman on the other end of the phone. I advised of my name and other necessary information to check on my order. The female confirmed the order was good to go and I confirmed where I wanted the sod placed. She confirmed everything to include the sod's placement was good to go and it would be delivered the next day (TODAY). Fast forward to today at 2:45pm...no sod has been delivered. Thinking maybe they were delayed some, I called the office where I got the same sarcastic female who I dealt with previously answered the phone. Once again, she has no idea who I am with a response of, "I have no sod here." Now I am beginning to believe I am being punked and recount my previous days conversation where I literally called and spoke with an employee who confirmed my order and where I wanted my sod dropped.
