Great experience I've had 3 tree services over the past 5 years and these guys are by far the best. They returned my call within a few minutes, they scheduled me a quote the next day and were there on time. Ryan even called me a few minutes early to tell me he was on his way. The estimate was very good saving me 40% off a quote I received the week before. He sent me a quote in writing with pictures that evening and I accepted it. They actually started the work the next day and spend 4-5 hours with a 4 man crew. I was surprised at how much they had to remove but he stuck to the price we agreed on. Alex and his crew arrived on time and did a great job removing a large oak tree from the back of our yard between our house and the house behind ours. They worked steadily and efficiently and were finished in record time, even down to the clean-up and hauling everything away. They did a great job and I am very pleased. I called Trees for the Fallen for a quote to remove some lower limbs from a large oak tree, trim a couple of tall palm trees, and remove smaller trees growing in all of the wrong places (Maitland, FL). They gave us a very reasonable quote and scheduled the work for the next week, did everything we asked for and cleaned up the yard - all in a very professional manner. Somehow found this company, Trees for the Fallen, and glad I did. I have 4 tall queen palms and 1 large date palm that were in dire need of trimming. Spoke to Ashley and she got me a great quote within a couple of hours. Scheduled the job a week out, got a follow up call, and the team showed up on time. I hired Trees for the Fallen to trim 3 large trees in my yard. They arrived promptly on time. They trimmed all of the trees and did a fantastic job. The trees look great and are prepared for hurricane season. They were professional and efficient. They cleaned and moved ll the debris, raked and used the blower to clean up everything including the screen enclosure. I am extremely pleased with the service. Gave me multiple quotes that were reasonable then when I called back a couple days later he changed his mind. Absolutely cannot support this business as he quoted me "full price" after offering a discount. If I can't trust him to keep a quote, I doubt I could've trusted him to cut trees.
