I dealt with a man who identified himself as the owner, Steve. I paid the agreed amount in full the day the work was completed. I inspected the work while they were still at my home, 1061 Crystal Creek Dr. Port Orange Fl., and saw that the stump from the overgrown shrub had NOT been removed/ground off. When I asked Steve about it, he said he would have to rent a grinder and come back and that he would do this within the next week or so. When I never heard from him for over a month, I called him on 10/30 2018 and asked him when he was going to remove the stump, as we had agreed. He said he would take care of it within the next week or 2. I said OK. Since that last contact, in Oct., he has never shown up or contacted me. I have recontacted him no less the 5 times and each time he promised to come out and take care of removing the stump. The last contact was last Saturday, 2/23/18, at which time he PROMISED, it would be done in about an hour. Once again, no one showed and I have not heard anything from Steve or anyone else from the company. The stump remains in my yard.

Due to call Tuesday, I arrived home to a totally transformed scene, my overgrown weed strewn lawn was now an emerald carpet with pin sharp trimmed borders, the beds between my palms all tidied up and the sloping area down to the pond cut to the edge, (something I could not do even on my ride on). What's more even though I had said they need not cut inside my fenced area, they went above and beyond, not only cutting but strimming the edges withing the fence.
