I dealt with a man who identified himself as the owner, Steve. I paid the agreed amount in full the day the work was completed. I inspected the work while they were still at my home, 1061 Crystal Creek Dr. Port Orange Fl., and saw that the stump from the overgrown shrub had NOT been removed/ground off. When I asked Steve about it, he said he would have to rent a grinder and come back and that he would do this within the next week or so. When I never heard from him for over a month, I called him on 10/30 2018 and asked him when he was going to remove the stump, as we had agreed. He said he would take care of it within the next week or 2. I said OK. Since that last contact, in Oct., he has never shown up or contacted me. I have recontacted him no less the 5 times and each time he promised to come out and take care of removing the stump. The last contact was last Saturday, 2/23/18, at which time he PROMISED, it would be done in about an hour. Once again, no one showed and I have not heard anything from Steve or anyone else from the company. The stump remains in my yard.
