Amendment to previous review:…read more After contacting them regarding my 7" long grass (the day after a service call) and complaining about the blobs of grass clippings laying in flower beds and on the lawn itself I was told that it was too expensive to remediate the problem before their next service call. Also, that my grass was too long to cut (they have been taking care of it for some time), that they blow all of the grass clippings away (including, apparently, some previously unknown to me rocks), and that it was too expensive to come back before their next scheduled service call. When I pointed out that my grass was too long because they weren't cutting it I was told that they had been using a weed eater because their mower did not fit into the space. I asked how they might resolve the problem going forward and was told that they would bring their push mower next time. This was the final straw in what had become a continuously degrading situation with both quality of work, communication, and billing. (I have never received an invoice or even text reminding me to pay them, I just Venmo when I am was aware that they had come.) They seem like decent enough guys but their lack of professionalism and poor quality results have forced me to look elsewhere.

While there were indeed disagreements and misunderstandings throughout the project(which could have been handled more cordially by Sam; and we have spoken to him about that) the simple fact of the matter is that our crew was not responsible for the damage that she is claiming to be our fault. The damage that she is referring to was already present prior to the work performed and she only started making false claims about what happened after becoming infuriated that we did not obey her every demand regarding work that we performed on HER NEIGHBORS PROPERTY whom she has an ongoing feud with and had zero authority or decision making power in the matter. So ever since that event she has been harassing our company; leaving several bad reviews on every platform available and even changed her story many times along the way. It almost seems like she was looking for some type of excuse to create a problem with us from the beginning . I have already reprimanded the crew for falling into her argument trap (as we are not interested in perpetuating neighborly fueds and having long drawn out arguments over small details that turn into all out war and social assassination attempts). Although I still can't fathom for the life of me why someone would go so far out of their way just to hurt a small business who only had a minor disagreement and brief exchange of unpleasantries..WE DID NOT DAMAGE HER PROPERTY! So I'm really not sure what her insurance policy is like but I do know that many policies cover accidents but do not cover damage resulting from negligence (which I believe her claim falls under and would mean that her false claim would be financially rewarding to her). Some people are willing to go to any lengths to get a leg up in the world or to get revenge on those who do not bow to them. And for that, I am sorry that none of my crew bowed down to you on that day and I am sorry that your insurance policy didn't cover your claim due to it being classified of negligent inaction. Maybe she saw an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone in this situation, I don't know. But Diane, if you read this, please stop harassing our company and allow us to continue helping our community, supporting our famillies, and adding value to the society that we live in. We have zero interest in continuing this long and drawn out one-sided battle any longer. Please Diane, it would be much appreciated if you could stop this. Thanks, Joe Shishan 407-868-3194

We ran into a bit of a challenge during the process, but the owner (Chris) was fantastic. They got it resolved that same day and kept us updated with great communication throughout. It's rare to find a team that handles challenges with such kindness. Chris honestly treated us like friends rather than just another customer, which took a lot of the stress out of the situation. If you need cleanup work done, I'd highly recommend them. They do quality work and are just genuinely great people to deal with.

It was against a concrete wall which made the grinding very difficult. They had to return multiple times. But they never complained and kept coming back as promised, and at no additional charge. I also had them remove a very large crepe Myrtle that was worse than bamboo at coming back to life. Since then I gave them another bamboo on the opposite side of my garden. Then some very tall birds of paradise. Everything needed more than one treatment, as they were so established. Chris was always so understanding, friendly, and honest. I'm very happy to support and recommend a company that stands behind its work. If you have any tree or root concerns, keep in mind that they will most likely need to be monitored and ground up maybe more than once. They never tried to shake me down for more $. Thomas H.
