BRADLEY BEACH: There is a new brewery in town, and it is already pouring seriously delicious beer…read more Erratic Fermentations is the passion project of New Jersey locals who took their love of home brewing and turned it into something special. The result is a thoughtfully crafted brewery that is both creative and welcoming and they are just as excited to see your pup walk through the door as you are. Leashed and friendly dogs are welcome inside the stylish tasting room and out back on the patio. For such a new spot, the tap list is impressively well-rounded. Our standout was the Duke of Nowhere dark mild, smooth, flavorful, and effortlessly drinkable. The Wasp's Nest DIPA, a collaboration with Oakflower Brewing, brings a bold, unique twist, while the Looking for Pancake imperial stout delivers just the right touch of sweetness without going overboard. We also had the chance to chat with Dan, one of the owners and brewers, whose excitement is as fresh as the pours. It is clear this space is more than just a brewery, it's a playground for creativity, experimentation, and great beer. Cheers!

Had planned on trying all but 1 but they had a 3 beer limit which seemed odd since all were 5% and under ABV. Posting this review from Wild Air Breerworks where I went for my next beer. Lol. So great brewery for locals but probably not worth driving to for only 3 beers.

Currently in their soft opening phase (Sundays only in September), they are gearing up for their official grand opening on October 1st 2025 followed by a Wednesday-Sunday schedule. Leashed, friendly pups are welcome inside the tasting room, and Brie absolutely loved the staff, she could not stop saying hello to everyone. The atmosphere is laid-back, the community support is strong, and the beer list is already off to a great start. Right now, they are pouring a couple of hefeweizens (including a cranberry-pomegranate twist), plus both an American IPA and a West Coast IPA, with more to come. You can bring your own food, settle in on a comfy couch, grab a table, or pull up a seat at the bar while catching the game on the TVs. We are excited to see Lokal thrive and cheers to what is ahead!

They did a beautiful job reinventing the space and have 2 dog friendly areas! They did a lot with a little and the indoor tasting room is absolutely gorgeous with a modern design, accents, and counter seating. Their outdoor space has a beautiful patio with a pergola, cushy chairs, and tables. We are thrilled that leashed and friendly dogs are allowed in all the areas. They feature their very own old fashioned cocktail and also have a build your own concept where you can pick one of their spirits (vodka, rum, bourbon) and mix with one of their 6 mixers for a delicious drink. The mixers are so tasty on their own, that you can enjoy it as a mocktail. I am still thinking about the watermelon jalapeno drink and how yummy it is. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Also his special cocktail was absolutely delicious!

We were originally given the higher-priced menu. Only after I questioned the price difference did the bartender bring us another paper menu with lower prices. At that point, we literally had two different menus with two different prices sitting in front of us. That made the whole experience feel extremely untrustworthy. I hate to even wonder whether we were given a different menu because we're Asian, but honestly, the situation was uncomfortable enough that the thought crossed my mind. Customers should never be put in a position where they have to wonder something like that. We kept our order simple, didn't order any drinks, and left. Maybe there is an innocent explanation, but having two different in-house menus with different prices is simply unacceptable to me. Check the prices carefully before you order.

The service was prompt and attentive, though it did feel a bit rushed at times, as if they were trying to move things along quickly.
