When I confronted tommy about the missing screws he said he didn't install it, he said he doesn't make mistakes, when I watched him do every second of the install. Upon learning all of this, I started talking to my friends and coworkers about this issue and I found out that pretty much everyone who has taken their phone here has had similar problems. You are better off ordering a replacement screen online and doing the install yourself. The district or regional manager, Chris Brown, was also no help, saying that he stands behind his manager's work. When I spoke to Mr. Brown on the phone he told me that unless the screen was not properly installed, which it clearly wasn't, there was nothing he could do for me. When I spoke to him a second time upon realizing the screen was NOT properly installed, he told me that I was "trying to get one over on him". This is not how a business works. If the install was properly done the first time, I would have not wasted hours (yes, hours) of my time and I would not have lost out on $170. I ended up installing a third screen myself, and it works perfectly. Do not waste your time or money here.

Tried multiple TVs and HDMI cables. They were more interested in trying to sell me additional coverages, etc while in store than talking about this repair itself. Then this weekend, the screen started to appear "jerky" and the iPad was pretty much useless. We called a couple places open on Sunday that wanted over $200 for a new screen. I thought we should get a new iPad, rather than spend $200 to replace another screen on an outdated model. But we took it by the shop on Tuesday when they were open during the week. The tech had it working like new within 5 minutes, at no charge, and we didn't even have the receipt from the first repair. (I'm sure they could have looked it up if they thought we were dishonest). Anyway, really appreciate the immediate attention when I stopped by and quick fix.

The worker here knew what it was right away, ordered the battery, let me know when to expect it, and texted me as soon as I came in (less than 2 days later). He then replaced it in 15 minutes and assured me the rest of the phone was in good condition. He was very polite and knowledgeable throughout, and the battery came with a 1-month warranty. Found this place by Google Map search and/or Yelp as I didn't want to take my phone to Verizon (why…read moreI'm not sure now). A couple months later, fairly sure that wasn't the better decision. To be fair, I messed up my HTC10 somehow; I think moderately wet hands cause my screen to start not registering touches in vertical bar patterns. After dealing with this for a few months and it not getting any better, I thought maybe just the screen needed to be replaced. Again, to be fair it's possible more needed to be replaced. So I went in and asked about a screen replacement and noted my general problem. I was more led down the line of how much my phone was still worth almost as if to say if I wanted to sell it, though ultimately noting that it was worth repairing. I put down the first half of the cost and came back a couple days later after the part was ordered online from a random supplier of phone parts. An hour or so later I came back with my phone all put back together, paid the rest of the cost and went on my way. Over the next day or so the "new" screen started to have some dead spots and continually got worse over the next few months until now where it's pretty much useless. Again, it's possible something else in the screen was damaged and a new screen just put a band-aid on it. However, I don't believe it was well repaired as over the last couple of months when a spot or section went bad, some good jiggling or tapping of the phone would get it working again. As well, even from the start, the "home" button in the bottom center was not well placed back in and was offset from where it should be. Also noticed I was fairly easily able to slide in a business card or thin paper between the screen and metal body to try to reseat the "home" button. So, the repair didn't come back looking like new and to me wasn't a good quality repair. It might be more of my issue, but I struggled to stop by this place with the way the hours are set and ran out of my 14 days from repair to take it back in at no cost (at least according to the receipt). I called once in there and left a message only to never have it returned, I could have been more persistent, but I don't have time for that. I only give a 2nd star here as at least the work is done in house and with decent looking equipment. Maybe it was just that I had an off phone (I think HTC10s aren't too popular) so if you've got an iPhone or an easier repair it'll work for you. But for me, it didn't work and I don't think the quality of the work was very good.

I hope US Cellular is rewarding her with a salary worthy of an awesome employee. They don't have many of them in the New River Valley area. She seems to have hired 2 great employees to work alongside her. I've dealt with all 3 now. They all 3 are really patient, really helpful and very knowledgeable. If your a prospective or current customer of US Cellular in the NRV area. I HIGHLY recommend this Fairlawn/Radford store, for a stress free, (rare for US Cellular) experience. The current manager and her employees are a joy to deal with. There one of the few positives you'll here me speak of when talking about US Cellular.
