Horrible place to do business with BEWARE!!!
My phone did not work properly. I returned 3 times with different complaints within 12 days of purchase. The tech could not fix it. He called HELP, and said they could not fix it. The first time I went there it was to get the data from my other phone transferred, which they did not do when I purchased it. The second time was because I could not access my texts., He tried and said it was fine, but when I went to use it, nothing was done. The third time, I was having difficulty getting into the phone. He said he would fix it. He could not. Again he called support and told me that in order to fix this problem, I had to have a password put onto the phone and each time I used it, it was necessary to do so. That was so problematic, I returned to have the phone exchanged for another that worked. I was told it was too late. All I had was four days in order to exchange the phone. I was livid. I requested to speak with a manager. He phoned someone and gave me the phone. I said Hello! The sound from the other end was....Yeah! I asked are you the manager? Answer......duh, yeah! That was enough for me. I handed him the phone and asked to someone who could speak intelligently. He said that he was it.
They did nothing. I had to return home with the bad phone, that I paid for 12 days prior, with no satisfaction. read more
