DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Please read!!! This company is a complete nightmare. My building hired…read morethem to fix a broken window in my apartment, and their workers managed to make everything worse. During the repair, they recklessly broke my collector's Marvel statue, which is irreplaceable and worth a significant amount. They tried to cover it up by shoving the pieces back inside to spaces in it to make it less noticeable. Despite clear evidence that they couldn't fix the window without harming my property, they refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, when their workers came back, they were making jokes and speaking disrespectfully in Spanish, not realizing I speak and understand the language. It was incredibly unprofessional and insulting. I've had to file a police report and take legal action, which has cost me more time and money. Their carelessness, disrespect, and lack of accountability are beyond belief. Stay far, far away from this company unless you want a headache and significant losses. Avoid using this company they have no regard for your personal belongings. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.
