Around the 12 week mark, I called the store to check on delivery Was told it will be another 4 weeks! After that time passed, I called the store again. Furniture Not ready. After another phone call, said my chairs are in but not the parsons bench. I said how about delivering my chairs now and for the inconvenience of waiting longer than expected, not charging me another delivery fee. He said he has to clear it with the boss. The salesman said he will personally deliver the chairs. And he requested $20 to pay for his gas. I agreed since I was having company and really wanted my chairs. I finally got my parsons bench the end of June. Mine you, I was the one who had to keep calling Amish Furniture to see what's going on. If I was told in the beginning I would not get my parsons bench for 6 months, definitely would of not ordered. The furniture is very good quality. Customer service has a little bit to be desired.
