From the initial phases of working with Vlad, to the final installation with Oleg and his crew, they have been the easiest and most responsive company to work with.  Vlad, our sales rep, spent a lot of time working with us to make sure we were able to get exactly what we wanted and did a great job of quickly following up with us for all of our questions and keeping us informed once windows were ordered.  He was detail oriented and kept great notes, making sure nothing got missed in the process.  Oleg is the lead installer and is a genuine craftsman. His attention to detail is unparalleled and he got every tiny detail correct for each window, which is incredible when you consider how difficult it is working on anything in a 100 year old house where nothing is level. Oleg and his crew were quick, efficient, and all around incredibly nice people. I met with quite a few different window contractors prior to making the decision to go with Goverla and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made . I pretty rarely leave reviews but I felt like I had to with them. It's hard enough picking contractors when you haven't worked with them before, but after having worked with Goverla, I would pick them again every time.

Not only do the new windows look sleek and modern, but the entire process was top-notch from start to finish. What really stood out to us was their honesty. While other companies tried to sell us on full-frame replacements, SHS actually advised us to go with insert replacements. They pointed out that our house has high-density older wood framing that was worth preserving. Following their advice preserved the character and strength of our home while saving us a significant amount of money. Their communication was excellent throughout the project, and the installation crew was fantastic: punctual, respectful, and meticulous about keeping the worksite clean. On top of that, their guarantee is rock-solid. I feel completely confident that this was a lifelong investment and that they will stand by their work if anything ever comes up down the road. If you're looking for high-quality window replacement with an honest team you can trust, highly recommend Scientific Home Services.

My situation involved a leak that was coming down into my living room ceiling. I wasn't sure where it was coming from but assumed it was the fireplace. I contacted another company that had done work on my home previously. Long story short, they were super dishonest and wanted me to do way more work than needed, quoting a very high price. We contacted Patryk after seeing his truck in the neighborhood, and he communicated very nicely. He came over, popped up on the roof for an inspection, and saw that the siding needed replacing. He pointed out that the other stuff quoted by the previous company wasn't necessary. Honesty is what we got here with Always Quality Construction. As for the work, it was perfection. He got a great color match, the work looks fantastic, and everything was clean when he left. I have more projects planned and will continue to work with them. They are now my go-to for all siding, roofing, and anything else they'll do! Highly recommend!

It was obvious from the get go that Patryk was very knowledgeable about the product and spent a lot of time with us before presenting his quote. His price was competitive but he also stood out because of his communication skills and attention to detail. We chose to go with him above three other quotes/contractors. This proved itself to be the case throughout thr process: He kept in constant communication with us and his craftsmanship was impeccable. Do not start a siding job without meeting with Patryk first.

JC Lilly's quote was lower than the other two I got, which is part of why I initially went with them; partially, also, because of Justin's quick, friendly, and knowledgeable visit and evaluation. The windows and door are all beautiful, high-quality, and function flawlessly. In particular, though, I want to mention Swavek and his absolutely top-tier installation crew, to whom I am very grateful. None of these installations were easy or straightforward, and the guys were smart, resourceful, expert, very highly skilled, and delightful to deal with.

That level of customer service really stood out. They replaced three original basement windows, installed four custom polycarbonate window well covers, cleaned the wells, added fresh gravel, checked the drains, and resealed the existing galvanized wells. What I appreciated most was their honesty. Instead of trying to sell me new window wells, they recommended keeping my existing ones since they were still in good shape, especially with future basement renovation plans. The workmanship was excellent, and the before-and-after difference is dramatic. If you're looking for a company that's responsive, honest, and does quality work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Window Well Services.

They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour.
