Not only do the new windows look sleek and modern, but the entire process was top-notch from start to finish. What really stood out to us was their honesty. While other companies tried to sell us on full-frame replacements, SHS actually advised us to go with insert replacements. They pointed out that our house has high-density older wood framing that was worth preserving. Following their advice preserved the character and strength of our home while saving us a significant amount of money. Their communication was excellent throughout the project, and the installation crew was fantastic: punctual, respectful, and meticulous about keeping the worksite clean. On top of that, their guarantee is rock-solid. I feel completely confident that this was a lifelong investment and that they will stand by their work if anything ever comes up down the road. If you're looking for high-quality window replacement with an honest team you can trust, highly recommend Scientific Home Services.

My situation involved a leak that was coming down into my living room ceiling. I wasn't sure where it was coming from but assumed it was the fireplace. I contacted another company that had done work on my home previously. Long story short, they were super dishonest and wanted me to do way more work than needed, quoting a very high price. We contacted Patryk after seeing his truck in the neighborhood, and he communicated very nicely. He came over, popped up on the roof for an inspection, and saw that the siding needed replacing. He pointed out that the other stuff quoted by the previous company wasn't necessary. Honesty is what we got here with Always Quality Construction. As for the work, it was perfection. He got a great color match, the work looks fantastic, and everything was clean when he left. I have more projects planned and will continue to work with them. They are now my go-to for all siding, roofing, and anything else they'll do! Highly recommend!

It was obvious from the get go that Patryk was very knowledgeable about the product and spent a lot of time with us before presenting his quote. This proved itself to be the case throughout thr process: He kept in constant communication with us and his craftsmanship was impeccable. Do not start a siding job without meeting with Patryk first.

They even came back to cover a warrantied crack in a window a year later at no cost to us. More recently, we worked with Justin to replace our front door and open up a transom window above it. They were able to provide exactly the style and color we were looking for and we're do happy with the results. That level of customer service really stood out. They replaced three original basement windows, installed four custom polycarbonate window well covers, cleaned the wells, added fresh gravel, checked the drains, and resealed the existing galvanized wells. What I appreciated most was their honesty. Instead of trying to sell me new window wells, they recommended keeping my existing ones since they were still in good shape, especially with future basement renovation plans. The workmanship was excellent, and the before-and-after difference is dramatic. If you're looking for a company that's responsive, honest, and does quality work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Window Well Services.

So I called them again for a stairway window that was leaking air and in poor shape. I made an appointment but their truck broke down. I was very understanding and said they would call when fixed. Oxsana let me know they were coming on Wednesday. I had wanted him to come out before and assess the window, but he wouldn't do that. He finally showed up at 1:30 for a morning appt. Since I have mobility issues, he went up to look at the window. First he needed a place to work from so I said he could use the garage. Then he asked for paint. An hour later he was at my door telling me he was finished. I made my was upstairs and almost nothing had been done. Never needed any work space and no painting either. The windows were leaking to the point that it was taped. Basically, all he did was unstick the window and nothing else. I pointed out the tape and he said he hadn't noticed it. That's his job. He went back and caulked the edge of one window. For this we paid $450. My neighbor went to look at the work and was appalled. I was embarrassed. We feel completely ripped off. Asked for a receipt that was never sent. We are now hiring another company to do it over. Save yourself a lot of grief and don't call them.
